The other day I visited Cicis with some friends and let me tell you that it is a solid option when you’re craving pizza and want variety without spending a lot. The buffet has all the classics like pepperoni, cheese, and supreme, plus fun and creative options ilke BBQ chicken, and buffalo-style pizza.
They also offer a salad bar, pasta station, and sweet treats like brownies and those soft, warm cinnamon rolls that are always a hit.
The place is casual and family-friendly, and the staff is helpful, if your favorite pizza isn’t out, they’re happy to make it fresh for you.
It’s not gourmet, but for the price, Cicis delivers exactly what you expect: lots of food, decent quality, and a relaxed atmosphere.

One of my friends and family members recommended this Cicis Pizza in Dallas, even though I live near the Coppell area. Jackie (cashier), Elvia (maintenance), and the entire team were very welcoming and treated us like family. The food was hot and delicious, and the service was fantastic. It was well worth the drive. I highly recommend this location and am very thankful for the great experience.

This is our every Monday or Tuesday location and always enjoy our time. Jessica and the team are wonderful. Even when the nights can get a bit crowded/chaotic, they are accommodating to my personal pizza requests and keeping the flow of the food line. Another shout out to the woman who cleans. Saw a advertisement for 4.99 adult buffet so I stopped by, upon entering I was asked would I like a drink I said yes but instead of asking a size I was automatically given an upgrade for a fountain drink which made no sense at all to me! The pizza is exactly what u expect for a $5 buffet so bring cheese with you as they have none and I mean none! I paid $7.56 per my receipt but my bank was charged $9.07 so I’m sure they are overcharging almost every person that walks in the door, the machine immediately asked for a tip amount and I pressed none! If I could ball a restaurant up and throw it in the trash I would shoot this one like a basket ball in a hoop!

A situation occurred while Jackie at the working the front register. She was very professional when a lady was disrespectful when she couldn’t get ranch for free and she poured ranch on the counter out of anger and disrespect. Jackie handled it the situation professionally while having a long line of customers waiting to be served. She deserves to get a raise!!
