This is one of my favorite Burger King. Yes its can get busy. And thats because its right off 83, and all three points of access. Queen with the Red hair, held her crew down, older mama with the mask was nice we and friendly. Baby girl Tori(Cashier was friendly and professional…I dont have the entire crew from nephew at the drive in to everyone. Great job. As a woman, Ridw share apps recommended this BK as a safe and clean place to visit . Awesome job just because!!!

I haven’t been to a Burger King in a long time and I decided to give it a try. The service was very good. The staff was overwhelmed by the drive thru business. I still received reasonably quick service and with a smile. I am however disappointed in the quality of the original chicken sandwich. It was clod and had no taste. It seemed to have been sitting for quite a while before I got it. I asked for pickles and was charged .20 cents for 4 little pickle slices. I do have to say the fries were “HOT”, the way I like them. I won’t order the chicken sandwich again, if I return.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to the staff working Christmas 2025. Im in the drive thru at 9:34pm and this place is insanely busy. The staff inside are absolutely amazing!!! Even with a drive thru so busy its a block long the staff are still in such a good mood with the customers, and they’re the most organized ive ever seen any burger King. Crazy busy and as far as I can tell every order is correct, hot and fresh when leaving the window. I hope corporate appreciates this amazing staff leaving their families on Christmas and keeping a restaurant this busy organized and moving

Absolutely LOVED the after 5 manager. Not only was she keen to delivering excellent customer service, but provided a creative solution to the problem I was having with the app on the spot! That’s on top of this being literally the CLEANEST fast food establishment I’ve ever been too. The ONLY reason I didn’t give this place a 5/5, was because of the girl with the long waist braids at the first window of the drive thru. Not only was she on her phone and ignoring me at the window, but had an attitude and REFUSED to help me when I mentioned a problem I was having with the app for my order. To make matters worse, she was aware this problem happened twice today and still made the conscious decision not help. When I asked to talk to the manager to help find a solution, she first said no because she wasn’t the ‘manager manager.’ It wasn’t until I further insisted that she got the manager.

Drive thru service is usually pretty good. On my most recent visit Sunday, March 14th, 2021, I ordered the “big fish” combo. They need to stop calling it big, because there was nothing big about the fish. It tasted overcooked. The lettuce was slightly wilted. However, the french fries were on point. It will be a long time before I visit again. I used always eat from any Burger King and get a quality meal. The fish used to be thicker, nice and moist and golden. Not anymore for whatever reason.

this one is trash everytime i go here my order is either wrong or missing something i took a break for 8 months from eating here and today i got to get a quick meal and missing a whole section of the order i shouldn’t have to keep beeping the horn or running back inside because the drive thru or back area not paying attention to the screen but steady engaging in laughter and conversation like if im here im at work and on break but this will be my last time stopping at this one because the emoters can’t not get it together to busy lolly gagging and joking instead of doing their jobs

The service here has continued to decline steadily over the last year.And I cannot begin to explain to you the exceeding rjxdness from all staff members who rarely seem to be the same people over the last half year. Placing an order you’re interrupted, repeatedly and even then you have to repeat yourself several times yet you’re usually gonna get your order wrong – and they’re gonna be very angry with you about it. Whether inside or at both windows you will be treated with the utmost disrespect, rudeness, unprofessionalism, and evil. Again, a steady and bad decline over the last year, and everyone is incompetent and so rude you actually can fear for your safety even in drive-thru.
