In my several decades on earth this McDonald’s has the distinction of serving me the worst Coca-Cola’s I’ve ever had, back to back. The last time I bought a coke, I thought it was my taste buds, until tonight when I ordered another Coke, only to be served the exact same taste disaster and to be told they have been having problems with it.
Normally when cokes are ranked by people, in a can, in a bottle, at Chipotle, at McDonald’s, Mickey D’s is normally at the top. Make sure your beverage is to the standard this franchise used to be known for because I’ve definitely lost faith in this location.

Never going here again. I know it’s just McDonalds shouldn’t expect much. The customer service was HORRIBLE. They were so rude and had attitude problems. EVERY-TIME I got to this location my order is ALWAYS wrong. They fries are given to you old and cold. Always get parked and wait at least 10 minutes for my order when they are not even busy. Like I said I know it’s McDonalds but we are paying customers.

Went thru drive thru and asked for a double qauter meal with large dr pepper. And got a 6 dollar meal also. Got my order went back to work to see i had no fries. Called up there and then drove back just to be told I didn’t order fries. Since went do you order a double qauter meal and yoy dont get fries but a soda. Ridiculous. Won’t go there again

The food was good, but I found something I wasn’t quite familiar with on the bottom of my sausage biscuit sandwich. I don’t know if it was a ketchup, jelly, or blood. I discovered it after taking a few bites. I did let them know. Another thing is I have been going here for a while now and have noticed their soda tasts different from the rest of the other McDonald’s around town. It tastes rustic. But this is only consistent with just this McDonald’s. I have to say this place may not be as sanitary as it should. With food cross contamination and possible lack of maintenance or sanitary cleaning of the soda fountain. I am going to consider getting the health inspector to do a thorough investigation.

Poor Management and resulting staff interactions. Tried to kick us out of the store before posted closing time, by 1/2 hour. At 7:30 PM approached by Sweat-shirted Employee toting a mop, rudely asked us to leave, we noted door signage and Website with conflicting closing times, 8PM and 10PM respectively, not 7:30! Then Night Mgr came out and aggressively demanded our departure (no issues, paid customer, working on Laptop/Phone). Again, we refused – still not done with our meals, not closing time. We left at 7:55 PM, escorted by the same non-uniformed angrily glaring Mop/Person. Then we spoke to the apparent source of the problem: the next day, called the Day Mgr. reported the incident. Pathetic unapologetic and unprofessional response, “I’ll talk to them, goodbye.” Ironically, while trying to enjoy our too sweet Vanilla Coffee and smallish Fudge Sunday, multiple Homeless folks uninhibitedly bopped-in, took ice, drinks, condiments, etc. without so much as a peep, from McD’s? They seem to only harass those paying Customers that are unlikely to toss a rock, I guess? Seemingly, not a safe area, concerned about the 10+ Street folk wondering around and/or belligerent Staff. Btw, no Restroom – caged off. Parking can be competitive, since a Convenience/Gas Store is connected – suggest avoiding all together. Why pay to wade through substance abusers, only to be greeted by unhospitable Fast-foodies?

Ordered large combo, fries were filled to medium level at best. Clerk seemed “bothered” when asked for the cup for a drink you have to get yourself.

Got home order was wrong, called n spoke to manager and all he had to say bring it back with receipt they never gave receipt ! Food was not only wrong but cold ! Will not return ever !!!

Food good. Service was through the drive thru. When I asked for a complimentary cup of ice with a big cup of ice I paid for, the employee asked “Besides this one?” I said “Yes please.” She turned around and left the window. She didn’t come back and another person gave me my order .
