Everytime I come out here I have to wait 20 minutes or better for an iced coffee and the last time i made a mobile order and a team member informed me at 10:30 pm on Saturday night that they already cleaned the grill so therefore they were unable to make 2 double quarter pounders when they don’t close until 11pm. So they made 2 QUADRUPLE cheesebugers instead……horrible customer service ESPECIALLY on morning shift if an older woman with blonde hair is there. The McDonalds on west henderson street is by far better hands down. I would not reccommend going to the one that is at food lion. I have worked at BOTH McDonalds when I was younger and it shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to get an iced coffee! I usually don’t post reviews but this is ridiculous!

We ordered on the app, parked in one of the curbside spots, checked in, and then waited….for 20 minutes before we went inside to see what was going on. Once we finally got someone’s attention, we found out that our order had been sitting there. “I don’t know why it is sitting here.” the worker said. Well, it had been sitting there so long that everything, including the coffee, was cold, and the order wasn’t even complete. My husband went back in to get the order fixed and one of the workers looked at him, rolled their eyes, turned and walked away. The cook was angry and throwing things around and not even wearing the uniform, but wearing an unbuttoned shirt with a dirty undershirt exposed. My husband finally got someone to provide appropriate service.
This was the worst service I have ever experienced at any McDonald’s. So disappointed.

I just had the most horrible experience I e ever had at a McDonald’s. I walked in and was standing at the counter to order, when one of the staff members walked behind the counter screaming to another staff member. They asked if he had spit sunflower seeds into the grill, then the entire kitchen staff started laughing and literally agreed that he had done so…and thought it was a hilarious joke! Thankfully, I had not ordered yet, but I looked at another gentleman who was standing there waiting on his food. He looked as if he couldn’t believe what he just heard. This is sickening to think that people were served food with a staff member’s spit in it. Obviously, I simply walked out and vowed to never return. The owner should seriously look at the video from 2/8/26 at around 2:54pm.

Messed up all 3 of my burgers. I specifically asked for only cheese and ketchup (I am slightly allergic to pickles) and when I got home all 3 of my burgers had pickles and onions. I don’t plan on eating at McDonald’s for a while again. Absolutely 100% best of the best McDonald’s around.

This place was very busy so I do understand mistakes happen. I pulled up to the drive thru and was getting ready to be handed the wrong order and I told them it wasn’t mine so the manager gave it to me free. The staff was very kind to me as well and the food was made perfect! “Plenty of napkins handed out for just myself” I will most definitely stop by here in the future if I’m in the area. Not to get a free meal haha but just for what all I pointed out. Thank you McDonald’s in Marion

It was nasty on the inside nasty nasty nasty I walk in to go use the bathroom I see cups left out on tables I see food in the floor up underneath tables with plastic silverware I go to the bathroom thinking I was going to be able to use it well this bathroom has two stalls one has a out of order sorry sticker or sign on the door so I go to the other one and what I saw in that one was disgusting paper towels shoved into it toilet paper on the floor then that’s not the only thing that was wrong with this bathroom paper towels all over the sink and in the sink where you’re supposed to be able to washing your hands all right and then I order my meal with a McDonald’s mobile code which was a 10-piece chicken nugget and a quarter pounder with cheese and a large sweet tea the chicken nuggets were cold and hard the quarter pounder with cheese had too much ketchup smothered all over it the bread was rock hard the cheese wasn’t even melted and I asked for no onions and there was still onions on them the only good thing that came out of this McDonald’s was the sweet tea with sweet the workers are rude and disrespectful I will never be back to this McDonald’s again

Scalding hot coffee, like way hotter than any coffee should ever be served. It was too hot to even hold the cup.
