So I ordered 4 tacos and 2 grilled cheese. First it was supposed to be done at a certain time and I had to wait 12 minutes after that time to get my order. There were only 2 people working and one looked like she spoke no english and didn’t know what she was doing…. So it was the guy doing all the work which is probably why it took so long. And the order was messed up on the grilled cheese … Total fail but the tacos were fine tasted good.

I’m from Southern California originally… love me some JIB. I worked at one in high-school. I miss the mini-chimichangas… so good. Just one thing I’d highly suggest… KEEP YOUR RANCH DRESSING COLD… PLEASE. Test it yourself…. get a nice fresh curly fry, dip it in the ranch that’s shelf warm… and dip one in a cold ranch… you will know the difference… Jack in the Box is all about amazing curly frys…. gotta have COLD RANCH.

Be careful people!!, never complain if they mess with your order, this place made me experience the worst time of my life, it happened a few days ago when I order 2 Sandos and I had one missing I have to return and let them know my order was wrong. The employee simply just put GARBAGE Inside my food I ended up sick , I tried to contact the Manager but I was only able to talk to Ismael Vildozola he said we going to contact you and I just wait several days for nothing, then I Contact Northwest Group Inc I explained my issue they took notes Jeff send a text message asking what happened, I explained to him and that was it, He never back, I tried to sue them but just because I didn’t died or ended in the hospital I can’t proceed,
The piece of garbage that they put inside my sandwich had Horrible quimical test, I was unable to eat for around 4 days I’ll request the video right away at the next day unsuccessful so we can open a Investigation because beside trying to get a monetary compensation, I would’ve liked that the Oregon State Health Department would’ve taken their license to be able to serve food to that employee who did this purposely.

Be careful when ordering in the drive thru window and don’t complain if you got ur order wrong. These people will put garbage in your food if you complain about your order. When I was in I had the worst experience in my life and I’ve been to a lot of places. Complained that my order was wrong thru the drive thru and had to come back so they can fix the mistake but to my surprise instead of helping fix the issue they made it worse by putting a nasty and dirty used napkin in my food. Disgusting food and nasty service worst of all the fast food places. None of the managers care even after I put my complaint they said someone will reach out and it’s been more then a month and nothing to this day , This is not fair please do your job right.

Went here a few times with the girlfriend. It’s normal to be missing items. Usually sauces or add on ingredients. Recently came here to try the monster meal promotion. My first time having their tacos. Tacos were complete covered in sauce and almost unbearable to eat. Along with missing a few main food items. Not sure if it’s the location as a whole or the late night crew. Otherwise wouldn’t recommend

We usually come here (Cedar Hills Blvd JIB) for breakfast and the food is always made fresh and very good. The workers are always polite, friendly and courteous.

Every time I think I should give Jack in the Box a break and Trust them, something like this happens.
Update: this is the second time I have left with no food because of the incredible delays in service

This is on a Sunday morning. It’s been 10 minutes waiting in the drive through since I’ve ordered. Still stuck in the drive through with two more cars behind me. How is this acceptable for a “fast-food” chain? First time coming to a Jack and will never come to another one again.
