It was our first time at Heck’s, coming from a recommendation. OUTSTANDING service from Krystal perfectly complimented OUTSTANDING food. It’s rare to find a combination of both these days. We were knocked out of the park and will absolutely be back and request Krystal. A great first impression!

Pamela was our waitress tonight and was ontop of absolutely everything. We had an amazing time catching up and the food was delicious. Pamela gave a list of favorite items and everything she recommended was a hit around the table. They also have some gluten free options which is great if you have celiacs or a gluten intolerance. Pamela was also very thorough in making sure if cross contamination was unavoidable that we were informed at the time of ordering. In our case the fryer is a shared fryer. We got the fries anyways and everyone was fine and loved their dinner. They even offer gluten free buns for their burgers. It was really nice our niece got to eat what everyone else was eating.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Our server, Victor, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional—he made sure everything was taken care of without ever being intrusive. The timing of the service was spot on.
The salmon was on point—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and the presentation was a solid 10/10. You can really tell when both the kitchen and the service staff care about what they do.
Victor’s work was truly perfect and made the entire experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came for lunch, food and service were fantastic. They were backed up by a large to go order so they brought us complimentary fries while we waited. Food was also worth the wait, 10/10 will be back.

Ordered carry out. Bill was very expensive. Order was not correct of what I ordered over the phone. The carry out drinks come in a small cup when I asked for a large. I will not be back.

Hecks in Avon has a wonderful outdoor covered patio/terrace area that has the flex of removable walls and windows to adjust to the weather. It’s a great atmosphere! Food has always been consistently good. Burgers are awesome. Service has been excellent and the speed with which the food is brought to the table is impressive. My only suggestion is that they give WAY too many french fries with the burgers. It’s a massive pile. And half the time they don’t taste fresh, like they’ve been sitting around awhile or were reheated. Tonight mine tasted like they were fried in old oil. I asked the server about the portion size and his opinion was that it was about 50/50 if people typically eat the whole pile or do not finish them at all. Milkshakes for dessert are good and unusual treat easy to take to-go.

We went here on a Sunday night, and it was busier than expected, but still no wait time. Service was excellent. We ordered at the table but unfortunately had to get food to go and leave. Even taking it home my burger was the bomb! Can only imagine how good fresh from the kitchen. The menu is incredible, exactly the fancy funky burger selection my heart desired! And to have gluten free buns?! Heaven. And the music they were playing was right up my alley

This past weekend we were seeing a show in downtown Cleveland and thinking about a great place to stop and get a snack. Our daughter reminded us of hex in Avon and how good it was and how it was always been a great stop. We enjoyed five different cocktails appetizers that we shared. We had the dumplings the calamari Andy buffalo cauliflower… The cauliflower is always a huge win. People that have never been there before always enjoy how much it tastes like buffalo wings. But yet it’s still cauliflower.

This was our first time going to this location of Heck’s. The whole place had a clean, modern look to it. Very open and comfortable. We ate on the patio area which stayed a cool temperature even in the heat of summer. The food was great and the service was quick and helpful. We had our son with us and they made sure to ask us for anything he might need as well. We will definitely be visiting again. Good vibes and great atmosphere. Perfect for brunch with friends!

This establishment offers a consistently solid dining experience. The bartenders and servers are enthusiastic and pleasant. The burgers are outstanding. The plain Hecks salad is excellent and a half order feeds two, when accompanied by other dishes. All the windows make it bright and festive. The tables have seen better days, but everything is comfortable. Highly recommend!
