I love this place. We stop here every time we go to the beach. It’s in a very convenient spot with plenty of parking. They even have RV fuel pumps out front at the gas station. Regina is so nice at the counter and the crew is spot on! I would definitely recommend stopping in for some good food.

It’s connected to the pilot travel center. They also have a drive through.
Food wasn’t bad.
Service is pretty slow though. However, they have a steady line of customers. So, it may just be the sheer volume of orders they put out.
Tables and countertops were cleaner than expected given the amount of people going in and out.
Bathrooms are in the travel center side and are rather clean.

Young man at the register at 7:15pm 10/07/2025 no name tag. Was extremely rude and has very poor customer service qualifications. What made me write this review is because he greeted me with saying “”what do you want” no welcome to Wendy’s or how can I help you. A lady worker replied to him saying “hey why are you so aggressive”. After ordering I asked for ketchup and he replied 1or 2 packs and lady worker was observing him and said give the gentleman some ketchup he sucked his teeth and threw it aggressively in the bag. I then said you must of just started working here I haven’t seen you before I’m a trucker and I come here all the time and your demonstrating poor customer service he walked away.They lady working said my apologies have a good night sir. Wendy’s Watch who you hire this is unacceptable this man needs to be evaluated as a representative of your company.

Typical chain restaurant inside the pilot truck stop. Place was clean, staff was friendly, food was hot and tasty. No line.

AVOID AT ALL COST. No fries, no drink lids(?), So no drinks. Gross and expired food that smelled putid when opened. Found out some of it was expired. What else could’ve been expired? Still was $50+ even without fries and drinks.
They rang me up after each ordered item, even after I said “I have more items to order.” It was cute the first 2 times, but not the other 5 times.

Rotten service & seemingly incompetent.
What the hell kind of business is this? Certainly not fast food, nor any kind of hospitable, respectable, understandable, or good service.
I’ve never had to leave a negative review before but I’m highly dissatisfied and perturbed by this, “service”.
We went through the drive thru, they couldn’t hear us so we went to the window as they said to.
(There aren’t any other drive thru customers here, and maybe around 5-9 customers inside, btw)…
Then, they got the order wrong & charged us for it…they didn’t include the items ordered….. so now, we had to go in. (There are 5 of us)
We weren’t disrespectful, weren’t hard to understand, and didn’t have a difficult order.
Oh, forgot another issue…
My sons’ went to use the restroom, and there were like 10 older men literally just hanging out in the bathroom…So my boys waited around 20 mins, and they’re still in there.
Will never come here again.

The bun was stale as can be. Service was decent and only saw 2 people working so that was impressive, but no reason for my bun to be almost rock hard.

Was very disappointed in the visit. Not typical of Wendy’s. I went through the drive through on a recent road trip thinking I could grab something quick and get back on the road. From arriving to order and receiving my food, which was cold and obviously not prepared correctly, it took 37 minutes. The window staff acted like I was bothering their day and was very rude. Will not be returning and don’t recommend this place at all. For the amount of money they charged for substandard food and bad customer service I feel as though this review is very generous

I went there for the croissant egg and cheese and a coffee the young boy didn’t even know how to make it and it was all vanilla and caramel no coffee at all and the sandwich was cold they didn’t even try to heat it up all even the bread was cold never again worst service ever
