If I could put a zero I would put more than one. the customer service was very questionable, food was super salty and for some reason I feel it was done that way on purpose because me and wife were biracial and not Hispanic and also they didn’t give me the chimichurri I ordered as well. we wanted to give this place a try and ordered to Go instead of dining in but regardless it shouldn’t make a difference on how the food should be prepared. We tried to eat the food because we spent over 60 dollars on our food but it was so salty that my throat and tongue started burning, which again I felt was done on purpose just from the vibe the people there gave us because we are black and Asian and not Hispanic. very dissatisfied and will never recommend anyone that isn’t Hispanic to go

Polo Norte Miramar is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and the most inviting atmosphere. The food was incredible, full of authentic Cuban flavor, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. Every bite tasted homemade and full of tradition.

We ere taken care of by our server Sebastian, who recommended incredible food. The atmosphere was enjoyable and we were able to have an amazing dinner with an incredible price. Would highly recommend you get their antojito platter and their pizzas as those are an amazing stable for polo Norte. We have been dinning with the franchise for over 15 years and they still have that remarkable flavor.

The service was great. I had the appetizer antojitos which I do recommend ❤️. The breaded steak I didn’t like so much so I had it changed to a palomilla steak with rice, maduros, and black beans. The frozen lemonade was great too . And oh my God they’re ice cream rum with raisens really good .

Great experience! Yadira took care of us and she was super friendly and quick great service. We didn’t have to wait long for her to come and take care of any of our needs. It was my brother’s bday and she made sure to make it special too for us. Food was amazing and drinks were great too. We had the arroz con mango and la milanesa.
