I Don’t think I’ve ever been to a location that has friendlier and exceptionally kind staff than this. Every. Single. Time. They are all genuinely kind and happy to be there and I wanted to recognize that. Today especially, Jayla was next level thoughtful.To Jayla, thank you! Seriously. I’m gonna be real honest. The food itself is perfectly fine. I can always count on my food being good BUT the cleanliness of the building isn’t always well kept. Every time I go into McDonald’s. I’m having to waiting awhile before someone comes from the kitchen area to be in the lobby to take my order. They’re always doing things in the kitchen area, a lot of talking can be heard. The floor may not be well kept. The tables/chairs are usually dirty. I have to just sit at a table I think I’d the cleanliness. Let me go ahead and ask here when the last time you ever actually saw an employee clean anything was? And I’m not just saying this about this location either, this is consistent with another location I sometimes go to as well. Is fast food really fast food anymore?

I stopped in because I was curious about the Chicken Big Mac. While my picture looks nothing like their advertisements, it was a delicious sandwich. They missed getting the Filet-o-Fish on the center of the bun but I was able to fix that with some incredible ingenuity. The sandwiches and fries were very hot and fresh, exactly what a Friday night splurge was asking for.
While the tables and chairs were clean, the floor was quite sticky which is why I removed a star from “Atmosphere”.

The food was good. I like the interior. Very cozy and comfortable. Food was fast and delicious. I didn’t like the chocolate milk though. It felt artificial and it was just not good

The staff here are great. My favorite McDonald’s in Omaha so far. Food is almost always fresh. There are times when the fries are stale but usually everything is all fresh.

Worst experience that I’ve had in McDonald’s so far. First of all, the order was incomplete, second of all, the meat was not cooked well, And third of all, the employee was picking up the chicken nuggets without any gloves. Very disappointing, never returning to this location again.

Okay so real quick, let me explain the situation here. I love the food so I gave you the five stars okay the service was fine no big deal my food was hot tasted great. But let’s get to the real point here; I recently did some checking around and found that 87% of McDonald’s foods contains human DNA. I don’t understand this at all. If you have not heard of Soylent Green then you need to definitely check it out. Soylent Green and this is no lie you can look it up has human body parts in it. Do do that I will never eat anything beef related from McDonald’s ever again. I’m completely serious 100% about this. However I will continue to eat the mcfish and the McChicken because that is white meat in humans do not turn into white meat. Although I am going to do a little bit more checking around this make sure about that before I keep going back. In the long run I will still say that it tastes great but knowing what I know now I just don’t know if I’ll ever be able to eat beef anywhere ever again. Especially from McDonald’s.

We are only in Omaha one night. Needed coffee. It was cold and bitter. They made a comment about making coffee that morning, it was 10PM! The ‘replacement’ was also just warm and tasted worse. I ended up throwing it out. I couldn’t trust the pumpkin lattes either… super disappointed.

They were out of the pumpkin pies. They also did not give me my monopoly cup, even though I specifically sat at the window that I only want the cup for the monopoly game. They could have informed me that they do not have any Monopoly cups, but instead, they decided to be rude and not give me my freaking Monopoly cup. I would’ve ordered a fry if If I knew, I was not gonna get the monopoly game. I am trying to win the Jeep and I am very upset about this. I will let the town know that you guys do not do good for your customers and you don’t care about your service.

We came in from out of town for an appointment at Children’s. After stopping here, we are full and energized for our child’s doctors appointments. The restaurant was clean and our food hot. We order three big breakfasts, a sandwich meal and three hotcakes. Our coffees were spot on as well. The manager was very kind and gave our kids toys. We will definitely stop here again when we are in town next.
