I live all the way in atoka so I’m not gonna come back to Ada to get a refund but I’ve worked fast food before and it really is not hard to cook the food all the way and maybe melt the cheese? Yall are working a very easy job when I went I there it wasn’t even busy so yall had time to cook it all the way. Yall just being lazy its simple, make sure the chicken is cooked all the way before you serve it I got a crispy no.8 and I didn’t try to eat it till I got home. First bite I take and it’s 30% raw. While I was there with my friends I didn’t eat it because it simply didn’t look appetizing because the cheese was cold along with half the sandwich. ♂️

We LOVE Braum’s ice cream and frozen yogurt. The BEST we’ve eaten. The service fluctuates depending on where you go. This Braums had small portions however when I asked for a bit more they complied eager to please.

To ask to remake a burger
“This is not Burger King have it your way comment. “ workers need realize something’s can be changed and not always that a person do not like an ingredients sometimes it food allergies and health related .
Quality the burger was not a 5 star put together burger . When workers have problem with remakes it makes me feel that foods is tampered with.
The management was tentative
Listening and verifying order would prevented the remake
We started in drive through and the order was not taken correctly which lead me to go in have sandwich redone.

They just served me a chocolate milkshake that was completely melted and room temperature, seemed like it had just sat several minutes before being served to me. I would not recommend stopping at this location.

Worst store I have ever been to!!! After waiting 15 minutes, I ask does anyone work the Ice cream line? We had our hearts set on two small chocolate yogurt cones and one large chocolate one. We thanked the one and only girl that decided to wait on us. We even bought milk and two loaves of the best bread ever. Always buy some at whatever store we are close to, as we have to drive at least thirty miles to get to your store. Just wish you had friendly people at Ada store

Took my little girl and little boy to eat here and took my little girl in the bathroom to this. Thank god she slowed down a little and didn’t go and touch this. Ice cream was great, but cleanliness was very poor !
