Pizza was warm as if it sat for 3 min. Cheese no longer gooey or greasy. Dry and Cinnabon burnt. No answer when I called to complain.

My Baby Sister & her Sweet Husband gave my Dear Mother & Me a Financial Blessing & I decided to get us some pizza & wings to watch The NAACP Awards. I placed the delivery order at 5:20p but it didn’t arrive until 7:35p.
As you can imagine the pizza tasted like it was made 2hrs ago. It was such a disappointment. We were so hoping to enjoy it. Normally we order from Dominos bcz they are more affordable but I thought we could splurge & get it from Pizza Hut & get wings too.
If I were Pizza Hut & I waited over an hour for a Driver to pick up an order. I would have made it over again for my Customer. But it must didn’t matter at all to them how it would taste sitting over an hour. I wish it would have mattered more to them. All we can do is throw them away. So sorry we didn’t order from Domino’s. Their Pizza is Great & Affordable. Fast Delivery.. but their wings have a ways to go.

Ordered food at 5 for delivery which never came, went to the store at 9 for them to tell me my payment didn’t go through which it did and I showed them, still didn’t get my refund. The front desk girls had a horrible attitude yelling at customers. I had to re-pay and they messed my order up three times and it was Valentine Day. This is the worse Pizza Hut I have ever been too and the pizza had cold spots

I ordered a pizza and soda to be delivered for a friend in Chicago (I live in Florida). DoorDash picked up the order for delivery. I stated in the instructions that my friend was disabled and needed to call her upon arrival (I left her number in the instructions). The delivery driver did not follow the instructions. Instead he called me, in Florida. I informed him to call the number in the instructions. He seemed to not understand what I was saying. At this point, I realized that he did not speak english and probably was unable to read english (probably explains why he called me instead of my friend). So she didn’t receive the $30 worth of food. I called DoorDash and they refunded the amount, not directly to my debit card but to the Pizza Hut in which I placed the order. After receiving that information, I called the Pizza Hut. I spoke with the general manager, Tunisha, store #042561. She attempted to refund my money but the computer was rejected my debit card. So she contacted a Pizza Hut in Florida to see if they would honor the refund. They refused to do so. So after about a week of Ms. Tunisha’s patience and diligence, she figured out how to refund the money to a different debit card. This young lady demonstrated the true meaning of customer service and professionalism. She went above and beyond while keeping a calm and patient manner. I thank you because it’s not about the money but more so about the experience. Thank you Ms. Tunisha

Placed online order @ 10:47am for 1pm delivery. Its now 1:43pm and the order has been rescheduled 3xs. The store isn’t answering phone. Completely unacceptable and will not be ordering again. I now have to go get pizza from Dominos, they dont have this issue.

This Pizza Hut is the worst location out here. I just got my food in person about 2 hours ago and it came out horrible. I ordered the Cheesey Alfredo with Cheese Sticks, the didn’t add the marinara sauce at all. The Cheesey Alfredo looks like it’s missing and I mean half of it…. literally! I called and told them about what they did to my order and they didn’t even give me no refund at all. This Pizza Hut is the worst and I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go this one for food. Terrible service and customer service. It’s not worth it and all the other reviews below are right about everything. I’m never coming back to this Pizza Hut, they need and should do better honestly.

If you know me, you know I’m a fan of New York style pizza so when Pizza Hut brought back the big New Yorker I couldn’t wait to try it. It took awhile for them to get my order out the door. I’m talking around 40 minutes. Then, when I receive it, it looks like the sausage was an after thought. I was wondering why the pizza box sounded like it had rocks in it then I open it up to find italian sausage rolling all over the place. The pizza itself was good albeit not as floppy & more pan fried than your typical New York slice. The sweet marinara sauce is what really sells this pizza. They just gotta work on not leaving it in the oven for so long & how to properly assemble toppings.

I ordered the deal for delivery which came in time. But the food was disgusting. The bottom of the pizzas seemed uncooked, it was like it was just flatten unbaked dough. This location is not far from me, and I suddenly remembered that I never eat there because it’s always yucky! The edges of the pizzas were faintly golden brown as if they had taken a blow torch across the top of the pizzas and around the edges and just left the crust underneath uncooked. I was just trying to feed my family dinner and retire for the evening. I ended up supplementimg my meal with a PBJ sandwich after only just eating a bit of the pizza toppings. The wings were the worst as well. Very difficult to chew. I usually order from the Domino’s on Cottage for pizza deals or Italian Fiesta. It’s terrible that I don’t have any other decent options. Quality into today’s economic crisis is number one. People don’t want to waste money on food that’s uneatable.

The people inside is very laid-back. I made a big mistake. I had a $50 order. I made a mistake on my pizza. They didn’t have to do what they did. They looked out for me and switched it for me just off that they got a lawyer customer and she was very understanding the lady upfront with the red hair Communicated very excellent and the food taste great definitely will be back.
