While I love Taco Bell, it’s getting more difficult justifying spending money there. I ordered 4 soft taco supremes with extra meat and a chalupa. I order extra meat because they are literally down to flavoring the tortilla with a light shmear of meat, so if you want to actually taste meat, you have to pay extra.
2 of the tacos were satisfactory, 2 were NOT double meat. And just when did they shrink the Chalupa? It’s around 20% smaller, yet still costs the same. The bill came to $23.92, rounded up to $24. “for the students.”
I feel cheated. As much as I’ve always enjoyed TB, I’m old enough to remember when they were $.29 for regular, $.39 for supreme, and you didn’t have to ask for extra meat. So incredibly disappointing.

Super clean, compared to the other taco bells around auburndale area. Employees super friendly,attentive. While they were working, some costumers approached the counter, and told them ,they will right there . Other places like mcdonalds, popeyes, they just ignore you. Food was delicious, hot, and loaded.

I have been to this location a hand full of times. Today was the worst experience and there’s no line in the drive thru, and no line inside.
I placed my own order on the screen and was very patient and kind. Two of the employees were rude for no reason.
The manager walked in after being here for 15minutes and the girls in the back all the sudden changed their tune for the next customer. How funny. I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years and it’s uncalled for. Im tired of being treated like a problem for ordering food but yet you guys want more pay?

Customer service was, and always is, phenomenal. There was a slight modification I needed to make to my order and they were super kind and understanding about it, as well as quick and efficient about orchestrating it. Every member of staff I spoke to was so nice and helpful. I work very close to this location and come in at least once a week, I have a great experience everytime

The food is alwayssss PERFECT. Idk who works the late night shift but they deserve a raise!! My food is always on point, it gets delivered quickly & they’re accurate with the amount of sauce packets I need.
