The tri tip was very good not fatty, not dry, not thin, it was just right. I got the 1/2 spicy bbq sauce which was a good level for me and just helped out the tri tip without overpowering it. The potato salad was solid and worked well to calm the spice down from the bbq sauce. I was in and out in about 4 minutes even though there was multiple orders going out, very efficient.

This place is always packed at lunch, which means the food is good! I ordered a tritip and chicken veggie bowl from their website for pickup and I was able to walk in, pick it up immediately, and walk out. No line or waiting like the others who arrived before me. Food was delicious! Their mild bbq sauce is so good and everything was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be making this a regular lunch spot!

We love coming to Best BBQ when in the Santa Paula area. They are always very consistent and the food comes out the same every time – delicious. The meat is being cooked right there in front of you and the bbq sauce is super spicy and tasty. We get the bowl with rice, beans, veggies and tri-tip/chicken.

My go-to is the tri-tip, chicken and hot link bowl!! The staff is friendly and welcoming, service is always great! The food, is SO flavorful and tender! The portions are good, there is just the right amount of each item, and their BBQ sauce is my absolute favorite, sometimes I stop by just for the sauce!
