Kira was extremely polite and helpful when trying to figure out what to order that would give me the most food for the cheapest price. She immediately welcomed me in and always had a smile. She even wish me a safe and good night. The food was hot and served quickly. When I asked for no pickles due to being allergic to them she made sure herself that none were put on my burger. Now that was totally awesome Will definitely be going back to this location again when I can. Would give 10 stars if I could.

For anyone who reads my complaint. People need to be warned about the service here at this specific location. Today I had a scheduled mobile order for my lunch hour, I arrive to the facility to discover it’s a little busy. I understand when dealing with a heavy crowd. However that’s not my complaint. My complaint was waiting over 40 minutes to receive my food order. I spoke with the front desk cashier taking orders and she completely ignored me and continued to ONLY assist her walk in customers. She would not help me nor other mobile customers waiting on there orders. Again I respect when your dealing with the lunch rush. But that does not excuse your rude behavior towards your customers. If we need assistance you don’t answer our questions!?!? You walk away a purposely stay away from the cashier only to re-stalk supplies. I was unhappy. It was a wasted 40 minutes of my time. I really hope management reads this complaint. I unfortunately was unable to get that cashier’s name. And speak with a supervisor due to me having to head back to work in a hurry. Please make sure employees are being provided nicer service. Thanks.

One of your managers Ahmad who claimed to be a manager stole from me. I’ve called multiple days in a row and you guys haven’t called me back or answered the phone at all. I was given cold fries the day I met with Ahmad and the other manager who was a female refused to replace my fries. IM NOT PLEASED and you shouldn’t have thieves working at Wendy’s Ahmad needs to go. He also was very rude to a homeless woman who asked him for water. Not only did he deny her water but treated her very poorly as well. He was very rude telling her to leave. Treat ppl how you want to be treated.

The manager here is always so nice we love her and her food she has the best tasting wendys in town everything is always fresh and the lettuce is always delicious and look at those fries, the fries are always massive anytime i’m passing this location we stop by to say hi so if you’re in the neighborhood stop in they will treat you like family

This location has been a Wendy’s for a very long time (more thann15 years).
About two years ago, the old building burnt down. This location is a brand new building. Everything is well lit, clean and very well kept.
Although my family likes our fast food places with a play area, and this one does not have one, we like Wendy’s food over any of the other places.
The order we had today was super fresh and everything was hot. The jr bacon cheeseburger was very tasty. The lettuce was crisp and the tomato slice was thick and crisp as well.
We ordered the fries with no salt and were accommodated without question.
The service was very quick and everything was presented well and was very neat.
The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked.
Even the music playing was at a good volume and not overwhelming at all.
Well worth the visit.

Newly remodeling made this old building look spacious and shiny new. Friendly employees busy but helpful. Very clean, lots of seating. Food is classic and didn’t stray from signature tastes.

This location has some amazing employees. I came in the drive thru for lunch today and both the cashier and the person who handed me my food were so pleasant and had big smiles on their faces as they helped me. I love this!! I wish I had their names but thank both of you gentlemen for your kindness. And to top things off my food was hot!!

Ordered food at the drive thru around 8:45pm on 8/10/21 and then was told to wait over to the side in parking spot to wait for our food. Took about 5 minutes or so.. our Oder was the 4 for $4 deal. The fries were cold and looked horrible and did not taste fresh at all! The chicken sandwich was cold – not fresh – not crispy – barely any Mayo on bun with the lettuce .. only thing what was ok were the nuggets.. I called to let them know and the manager so happened to answer and I was told we had to wait on the nuggets which was fine – but not sure why the food was cold.. hmm said we could come back and exchange them but at that point -I was so disappointed.. photos will show the experience & I’m not wasting my gas to come back and wait again not knowing how the outcome will be the 2nd time around. I just will not go back to that specific Wendy’s ..
