WOW! Extremely rude service, I pulled up to one of the lanes to pick up an order, and i pressed the button, i asked her a question and was met with a super nasty response, “you cannot come inside at all! ill leave your order on the table” so i waited in my car and when she came outside she looked at me, so i rolled down my window and told her the name and she slapped it on the table and said “well you can come and get it then” then walked away, a kind gentleman (a customer by the way) grabbed the order and brought it to my car something an EMPLOYEE could not do, absolutely disgusting service, she should be fired immediately. (1:26 AM February 13th 2026)

Completely unstaffed + unlocked at 5PM on a Sunday night … no cars in staff parking, lights and grills all on inside, saw 1 random girl walking around but she was missing when we peaked in (hiding in the fridge in back?)

Edit: about 34 minutes from first arriving, a young man began answering the stations in rapid order, guess there was more than 1 person out of sight in the back but we eventually got our food and drinks.

During this visit, everything was brought to my car quickly and was fresh! I asked for onions on the chili cheese tots, but they forgot. No biggie!
I should mention that a gentleman who was either the location owner or manager was on site cleaning windows and putting up new clings, so this may have influenced the staff.

Went yesterday for a drink. Waited forever and They didn’t know what the drink was and I read the description from the site. Gave me something that was not even close to what I ordered but oh well. The manager sits inside and allows disgruntled customers to berate the poor staff that are trying their best. Won’t be back.

Im writing this review after 3 times of having my upgrades missing . Watch out for that. They also have not refund an escalated ticket. The pull up service i dont have problem. Just when I leave and my additional needs, flavor add on are missing. Even recently i had cinnamon bites instead of a burger. Im all good for a couple mistakes but this loaction is consistent. You also take a fair shot if the soda machine is calibrated properly.

Ordered to go and ate at home, but shame on me for not inspecting the food more closely.
Server was very pleasant. And I didn’t wait very long as I checked in on the app.
Ordered double cheeseburgers and cream slushes along with chicken wraps. The wraps were not good to look at but tasted fine. The double cheeseburgers burgers ended up only being single patties. The slushes were missing the ice cream entirely. Shame on me for assuming it was all made correctly. Won’t be back.

I’ve always been a fan of sonic until I went to this location today. First I ordered 2 burgers both plain with tots and 2 redbull drinks. The drinks were disgusting and the burgers were the complete opposite of plain. Whatever mistakes happen. But then I opened my drink and there was a maggot in the bottom of the cup. I can handle hair in food I’m a restaurant Gm I know things happen but a maggot is beyond ok.

Garbage just shut it down. Medium fries same size of the happy meal fries, chilli on the bottom of the hot dog barely none. Cup full of ice not enough of drink smh wrap is garbage. And it smells around the whole building. Food places in Boynton is garbage

Ordered through doordash. Tater tots, mozz sticks, cheddar peppers, soft pretzel twists and they gave us NO sauce at all even though we ordered it and they were all clearly supposed to come with a sauce and we didnt even get a ketchup. Unacceptable.
