Really bad place calling corporate had my caretaker go in for me because order was made wrong and McDonaldland shake was made almost full vanilla shake I sent my caretaker in to kindly ask it be remade they argued and swore saying that’s how it’s made but I’ve just gotten this shake yesterday and it was amazing which is why I wanted it today after our doctors appointment but instead of kind service they screamed and swore at her I also asked for no salt on my fries because my caretaker can’t have salt and it was loaded I drove far for this because most McDonald’s claim their machine is “not working” I am really upset by how this lady tall decent sized and man in yellow shirt acted the woman had facial hair and male manager in yellow shirt he also threw the change at my elderly caretaker something needs to be done it’s crazy what they let their workers get away with if you don’t like working with customers don’t get a job that involves customer service in any way. Check their cameras for 08/20/25 at4:30pm order number 1360 order total $20.84 KS# 13 order 60

Food is normally always hot which is why we come here. There is an issue with the correct food being there. It’s consistent that every time we have stopped here something is wrong with the order. Like this time I got a large meal where I received a medium fry. Minor but like is it that hard to just read the screen and put the right thing in the bag?

I waited for a 20 piece nugget 15 minutes thought I was getting fresh nuggets but once I got them they where cold hard and tasted as if I was eating some type of reheat nuggets the had been sitting all day. My daughter received a dried out hamburger that a dog would have looked at a ranned the other way. And the manager seemed to not show are care or concern .I’ve had mission food that tasted better than this crap. I wasted my hard earned money on pure trash. The bathroom smelled like a straight out house the play area seems though it was like a land field and they expect children to play safely

The environment inside was disgusting. We stopped in for a quick bite. Very little drive through or done in partrons.
My first thought was the floor under the kiosk machine. My shoes stuck to the floor, taking a large amount of effort to lift my feet. My next stop in the dining area gave me the answer as to why my shoes were sticking to the floor. The pop machine sprayed outside of my cup towards me and on the floor. While we waited for our simple order, there was no straws in the dispenser, no ketsup in the standalone dispenser or bins. We asked for straws, ketsup and salt once our order was brought to the table. At least they brought us what was not available for selfservice. Even after they were made aware, items were not stocked.
I would not recommend this location to anyone, what an embarrassment.
By the way you might have to clean off your own table.

The customer service sucks they’re rude. They don’t look at the screen to see what people order and then when you tell them that you’re missing something they look at you like you’re stupid. They’re all snotty and rude. Customers should always be right. If a customer tells you you’re missing something then you should believe the customer cause I know what they ordered in the kiosk when you order at the kiosk you get no receipt. They need to learn to be more nicer to customers

I did delivery driving for awhile and this McDonald’s can be a pain to pick up an order from. They have this doorbell where you pick up the order from and once you ring it they never answer. One time I rang the doorbell and no one answered it for like 5 minutes, I rung again and got yelled at by the manager for “ringing the doorbell so many times”. I only rung it twice. I get it sometimes things can get busy but here is a solution. How about be like every other McDonald’s in town where the deliveries are picked up at the counter. The doorbell thing is ridiculous and they treat delivery drivers like crap because of it. They need to get rid of the doorbell…

No toy in the happy meal, which was the whole point in getting the happy meal. Kid didn’t get his toy, dad got a free headache with the meal. Next time maybe give a customer a little heads up if yall are out?

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 30 seconds down west main to the other McDonald’s. Much faster, much friendlier, and generally fresher food. 20 minute wait for 1 snack wrap just ain’t worth it on a lunch break .
