i had an amazing experience at this applebees location. Every time i come i am provided with great service, food, and drinks. This time we had Coco as a server and she was amazing! She has a sweet and bubbly personality, made sure we had everything we needed and made great suggestions. Our drinks were always full and our food came out within a reasonable time. Service like the service we received from Coco is exactly what keeps customers coming back!!

my best friend took me out to eat for a girls day, our server was coco and she genuinely made the night better. she gave great service and was super sweet and bubbly and genuinely just seemed happy to be there. she knew exactly what to recommend and her service was amazing! i’ll be asking for her from now on!

Absolutely the best Applebees location that Ive ever been to in my entire life and I’ve lived in 2 completely different states (New York and Illinois) and have traveled to more! A while ago I accidently came to this location for a car side pick up when I ordered from a different location and the literal Chef came out and apologized to ME for my mistake and pointed me in the right direction. This time I PURPOSEFULLY ordered from this location and I WILL be going out of my way to only come here from now on. The girl who ran out my food was super fast and cheerful. (The name for the server on the ticket was “Carline” so that could be her name! But the MAIN thing for me is the actual quality of the food here. I mean SERIOUSLY, whoever is in that kitchen CARES about the food they put out and I absolutely noticed. 10/10 will 100% ONLY be going to this location going forward. Thanks guys!

Horrible experience. We waited for ten minutes to be seated due to there being no worker in sight. There was food all over the floor with flies surrounding. Once we got seated, we waited for another 10 minutes. Instead of apologizing for the wait, the waitress (who only walked by us even though she was supposed to work our table) told us “I cannot help it we are super busy.” There were only 5 other people at the restaurant at divided up by two different tables. When we mentioned the food on the floor next to us, she responded, “that is not our problem.”

Service is on the up! We were seated in a timely manner. Got drinks and appetizer fast, meals were hot and fresh and came just in time from us finishing our yummy mozzarella sticks. Chicken Wontons are the best as a meal and the shrimp or chicken pasta is always a good one to go with as well. Servers were nice, store was clean and inviting. Definitely going back.

Ok. Applebee’s, your Clubhouse Turkey, bacon, ham, tomato, onion, Special barbecue Sauce, Sandwich. “I have Got to talk about it, “Off the Chain Good! It will be your Signature brand, real soon! Vegan family, if ordering this sandwich, tell them what you do not want in it and what you do want. They will accommodate you, I saw them do it. I could not finish the Sandwich, and fries come with it also, by choice. This is a real Good Sandwich. Grade, A+

Wow where to start, we went with our grandson to have dinner. The waiter was ok st first. I ordered the baby back ribs my wife ordered the chicken ceaser salad. The ribs were slab ribs not baby back. They were overcooked dry and tough. The chicken in the salad was overcooked like it was cooked this morning. The waiter ask if we wanted another drink we said no. He brought our check without asking if we wanted desert. Like get out. We told him it wasn’t the way to treat costumers. He just said I will get my manager . The manager came out and said I thought I walked by and asked you. But he never did. Just showed they don’t care. Our money spends anywhere. Not there again.

Don’t sit at the booths! The booths are all badly damaged and worn. They have that indentation where you get sucked into them and are so u comfortable. The carpet was littered with food and the staff just keep walking over it. They didn’t have crayons for the kids coloring menu and the storefront had “OPEN” written with shoe polish in front. I saw my waitress when we sat down and when she brought the check. There was a different person in between for it all. Random people would bring our food and we had to ask those random servers for refills. That made it hard to tip the server. Won’t be back.
