Such sweet staff! I came today intending to get a milkshake but wasn’t able to so I ordered iced coffee instead, and I was given the coffee for free since I wasn’t able to get the milkshake! I hope the sweet man in the window gets a raise and continues to spread kindness towards the customers that visit! It’s so greatly appreciated!!

This place needs to finally close the doors. My wife & myself went there to eat tonight at 18:15 & these people had NO SWEET TEA. Then they took forever getting my two chili dogs fixed while my wife’s combo was sitting on the shelf. My dogs had hard buns & a weird taste. I usually love Hardees chili dogs but not tonight. Just got done getting sick & decided to warn others that something is definitely going on at this rat hole of a so called restaurant!! Eat there @ YOUR OWN RISK!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER @ a Hardees!!!
UPDATE 11-30-25: if you will look below you will see that the owner wanted me to go to some website to tell them more about my experience. I am NOT GOING to do that!! If you can’t tell EXACTLY what happened in my review, which I obviously spelled it out so anyone with ANY education could know EXACTLY what happened, then you don’t need to be in ANY business!!! I am not going to a “website” so you can gather personal information, etc. to use. I explained in a VERY CLEAR & CONCISE way what occurred & that’s all I am doing!! I surely am not going to go to your store EVER again!!!

im usually thru here during their breakfast hours (BEFORE 1030a)
my breakfast favorite is their Pork Chop & Gravy Biscuit & THIS OUTLET ALWAYS GETS IT RIGHT & ITS ALWAYS HOT
ALWAYS HOT IS ALWAYS SPECIAL.
today i drove in & drove straight to the order station; other times the line is slow & long.
if you’re in a hurry theres lots of fast food outlets that serve fast food so fast its not even hot in hickory (go) i just came from there
if you don’t mind a little wait you will get to meet some of Hardee’s local & most treasured personalities at their drive thru display case & THEN you’ll get to enjoy your favorite hot breakfast offerings that were seemingly Made To Order when you got in line

This location is sketchy…. Everyone seemed mad at the world except for the younger kid that rang up our order, he was nice and I wish I got his name. Food was good. I noticed a sign that I have a picture of saying That Senior discount wasn’t available anymore – per management… What?!?! Come on Hardee’s, the whole dining area that was there were seniors… I’m not sure that’s even legal, is this a corporate decision or the locations manager? I’ll find me out… We won’t be back

Service was good. The food was good and hot. The place looked really clean. No toilet paper in men’s restroom so that goes back to management. It’s never crowded at this location. I would definitely stop here again.

This place sucks. They are always out of products, the service is miserably slow, and half the time they don’t even get your order right. I called on requesting a phone # for corporate and the manager on the line didn’t even know it. Pitiful. If they close down like every other Hardees in the area, it’d come as no surprise.

This Hardees is horrible. The food is nasty and no one hardly eats there anymore. This RV has been parked in their parking lot over 2 weeks with no tag. What kind of management allows that? Where is the pride in this restaurant?

I am not bashing this place because Its local and I’ve never had a problem until today. Please don’t judge them because of this posting maybe this will help them get it back together. I want stop coming because of it but man this food have went through a beating to make it in my car and in my place. They should be ashamed for abusing good food this way…. Came to this hardees at 3:55pm on 8/31/25. As we pulled in all three employees where coming out the back door. They saw us and two ran back inside. We ordered our food at the drive thru. While ordering one of the guys came over the mic and said “damn girl”. Waited at the window for our food for about 15 mins. Then when we got our food the meat was old like it was cooked around noon. The buns where hard/stale and fries where cold. Nothing was hot the cheese wasn’t even melted on the burgers. The only positive was the girl that took our order got the order right. If it was me I would drive up the road and avoid this Hardee’s.

Stopped here for lunch and can say the fries were actually pretty good. The burger on the other hand appears to have been picked out of the gates of hell. For just under $15 for a combo meal I feel this is unacceptable.
