10/10 every time I go here. I order ahead ALOT and the staff always COME THROUGH every time. They always exceed my expectations. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They always greet me by name and make sure I get my drink asap. This will forever be my store. No where else can top this location ❤️❤️❤️

CONS: orders aren’t always ready on time and sometimes other people that ordered after you get their multiple drinks before your one drink.
Overall, in YC, this is still a better location than the one on Harter Pkwy. Not way better but better.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros. I go there everyday! The Golden Eagle blended extra thick picture perfect is the best. The drink sizes and price beats Starbucks anyday!

The crew taking orders in the drive thru line is a nice touch. Likely it is necessary with a franchise as popular and busy as this, and it adds a more personal feel. The other drive thru coffee places are great too, I haven’t found a sub-par shop yet, but that friendly human smile is a nice pairing with caffeine to start the day ahead or the task at hand. My Recommendations: The Kicker (blended), Orange Cranberry Muffin Top. If the latter doesn’t sound like something you’ll would normally order, it isn’t for me, either. I was given an extra one at work one day and to my surprise, it is my favorite.

Awesome people, business and coffee! Last time I was here the credit card machine was offline and I didn’t have cash so they just said my drinks were on the house! It’s happened to me at Starbucks and I literally had to leave empty handed! They’d rather toss them in the trash! My only complaint is Yuba city needs another location so the line isn’t so long all the time!

Went on the first day, saw a long line but was curious enough to wait. It was almost wrapped around the corner but yet they where fast! I’ve never been to this particular coffee chain before but the grand opening was incredible. The staff friendly, handing out stickers even let them advertise on the car window. Being a first time I didnt know what in all coffee types they had but the selection was literally almost endless. All they need is peanut butter. Even so after figuring out what to order from the staff it literally took under 5 minutes for them to get the drinks. In total my fiance got a medium iced coffee [white zombie] which I can tell you hes picky, alas he loved it even better then your competitor. As I had a freeze as it looks like a ice cream from the menu I was given so I got a banana chocolate mix and it was just as good. If service is this friendly and fast everytime I’m in. Not to mention their point cards are fantastic. Definitely going tomorrow!
Update: When going the next day, it was the same speed but unfortunately they made both drinks incorrectly, which is rather unfortunate as I was starting to like this place.

I got a free drink for my birthday and they were super nice to me wishing me a great day!!! My daughters had a not so hot cocoa with whipped cream and they loved it.
