You don’t come to Raising Cane’s for variety; you come for flawless execution of a simple menu, and the Pickerington location delivers every single time. The chicken fingers are consistently premium quality—perfectly breaded, never dry. The Cane’s Sauce is so good you’ll want to buy a bottle (and you can!). The Texas Toast is soft, warm, and generously buttered, and the coleslaw is a fresh, tangy complement. Even on busy days, the line moves fast and the food is handed out hot and fresh. It’s a model of efficiency and quality. If you’re craving craveable chicken fingers, this is the only place to go.

Food is Probably the most consistent Fast food you’ll get.
Chicken is great. Fries are great. (especially when you get really salty ones personally)
Toast is great (sometimes it isn’t perfect EVERY time but close enough)
Coleslaw.. is coleslaw lol
And their sauce is truly what makes this place the best. Tastes so dang good with everything on the menu. No complaints.
If you’re dining in. Completely family friendly and welcoming. Staff that actually treats their customers nicely, maybe even some friendly banter.
If you’re looking for a Normal Classic well done chicken and fries meal. This is Definitely the place to go.

The staff at this location is friendly and helpful. I made a mistake by ordering several catering trays for the wrong day. As a result, my ordert wasn’t ready when I arrived to pick it up. The staff was friendly and accommodating, as they cancelled my errant order and put a new one in for me on the spot. My food was ready in a few short minutes, and I walked out a happy guy – any my guests were happy to! Thank you.

The food is always fresh!! The chicken can use some seasoning and they may want to try different fries due to them being soggy. Their bread is amazing as well as their Cane’s sauce. The customer service is not bad just okay. They are good about getting the drive thru line out quickly.

Prices are a little expensive but the chicken strips are very good with the canes sauce. Fries are good as long as you eat them there. Tend to get soggy when taking them home.
