I hadn’t been to El Pollo Loco in awhile so I decided to give this particular location a shot. I was not disappointed. I tried the chipotle guacamole chicken burrito and it was quite tasty. The place was pretty clean too. I’ll definitely go back again.

This is a great location. The food is all really good and the seating area is very clean. I was also happy to see the bathroom was maintained in clean as well. Great stop on a long trip or live in the neighborhood.

I was short on time during my lunch break, so I opted for a drive-thru burrito. The burrito was comparable to other Pollo Loco restaurants; average size, though I’m unsure if it’s worth $11 without a combo. The service was efficient and the restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained.

Anyways I got that habanero chicken they’re always advertising and got it in a classic tostada salad. Tell my why I thought it would have more chicken then just 6 bites. Like damn, for $12 and you’re tell me I get 6 quarter size bites of chicken? That’s crazy I didn’t know we were portioning like Chipotle cuz chipotle be counting its portions. Btw the habanero does not taste like habanero.

This is a great option if you’re in a hurry and want to avoid a fast food nutritional disaster. The double chicken avocado salad is delicious and has less than 400 calories. it’s satisfying and won’t leave you craving something else.
When I visited, the restaurant was clean and the food preparation areas we’re clean and tended to. The employees were polite and efficient. The floors were freshly mopped and the restrooms we’re clean. The only down side was the price. The salad and small drink cost $8.18.

I loved the tacos. Somewhat I was hoping for crispy tacos but I think grilled is good too. The cashier was warm and friendly; he showed he cared about the customer. It was under twenty so it saved my wallet because I ordered five dollar combo and another item with only their popular chicken.

This review is from last Wednesday’s visit. Great food and great service. I would have given them a 5 star rating if not for the fact that the tortillas and rice sides were missing from our family meal. We also ordered a side of chips and guacamole, the guacamole was fresh and super tasty! We ordered by using the drive thru and Reyna was very helpful and polite.

Used the drive thru…The shredded beef stuffed quesadilla tastes exactly like pot roast with gravy, on a tortilla.. I expected a smokey, char grilled flavor. What I got was pot roast, gravey, white cheese and peppers.
It was FALLING APART; mushy and rather displeasing to look at. Don’t waste your $8.19. Flies all over the place I opened it up to see exactly what’s inside. Photo submitted for your review. Sad. I want my money back.

I’ve noticed that when I order food here, I keep getting charged for the whole meal but only receive the single item I asked for. This has happened to me multiple times at this location. Just a heads-up—make sure you check your receipt before leaving.
