I would never come back to this facility again. I don’t care if the world was on fire and I needed something to eat and this was the last place I would not even stop at this location. Aaron the girl with the blue hair the girl with the long blonde braids and the rest of the crew should be dismissed and a whole new crew should be brought in. For a person to have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to receive their food is utterly ridiculous. On top of that Aaron is the shift manager and she didn’t even have the common decency to greet the customers that’s coming into her facility spending money at her location giving her a reason to have a job in the first place. She moves slow she got these girls in here with this hair everywhere and nothing is covering their head. How dare they have 99% for cleaning rate we have women are walking around with hair all out. This is the slowest team I’ve ever seen at a restaurant facility in a fast food industry. They tore this down for a reason they should put something better up or leave this down or leave this spot empty because this location is a popular location and it cannot afford to have slow service. If you cannot have the right team do you need to have a different type of brand there.

Multiple cars sat in the drive through for far too long without service while the guy who was supposed to be taking orders was outside smoking a cigarette. The cars ended up leaving.

Disappointing to see a brand-new Burger King ran so poorly. Hopefully the franchise owner steps up soon or decides to sell to someone who will.

The manager Ernie is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to her staff. I saw while i ordering food very disgusting. There is a male that is drunk working on the burger board. The shift leader manager on nights that have braids or locs i’m not for sure couldn’t tell. She sits in her car half of her shift and smoke, drinking, and also flirt with an employee while the staff is in there struggling needing help. If they need a code or anything they have to go get her from her car. That is not good way to run a business. I will never spend my money or time there ever again worst experience. I waited for food for about 30 minutes that is crazy. Please go and look at them. I will be contacting corporate as well.

Unprofessional service and misleading information
I have never experienced such a hostile and disrespectful environment at a Burger King until my recent visit. I was greeted with an immediate attitude by the staff, who went so far as to imply that burgers were unavailable, pushing only the chicken or fish options instead. It became clear that because their shift was ending, the team simply didn’t want to fulfill standard orders. While the acting manager eventually stepped in to rectify the situation-and confirmed that burgers were, in fact, available-it doesn’t excUse the initial confrontation. It is disappointing to be treated poorly by staff who are being paid to provide the very service am paying for.”

I had placed my order and pulled ahead when I noticed things were not moving. I started paying attention to the time at 8:07. After waiting about 25 minutes and the car behind me leaving, I finally decided I wasn’t going to wait anymore. So much for fast food. I pulled into a parking spot and went inside where there was another person I heard talking that had also gotten tired of waiting in the drive through line. I understand that employees can’t help when they’re short staffed but there should definitely be apologies over the long wait time. I asked why it was taking so long and was told that they were short staffed though I saw at least 5 employees. Another person came inside after waiting at least 15 minutes for her mobile order. An employee asked for my order and told me it was being made at that moment. I waited a couple of more minutes before being given my food. I got back and the car and my clock read 8:40.
Between waiting to order and getting my order it took 40 minutes! That’s unacceptable.

Got a bacon cheeseburger from the burger day deal, but it didnt have any bacon in it . I also ordered a Hershey sundae and they have me a Hershey pie. Good thing I was considering between the sundae and pie so its not a big deal to me. And the bacon cheeseburger was free. If it was anyone else they’d probably be more annoyed. The drive through line was long, but I was able to get my order quickly with the dedicated mobile order lane that closes at 10pm.

To whom it may concern…
I’m writing this review to bring awareness to the owner and managers!
Me and my son witnessed an employee eating French fries out of the pack which was for the drive thru order. No one wanted to wait on you it seems. Another employee went to the drink fountain and refilled her large cup , instead of waiting on the customers inside waiting to order. Another experience, we ordered at the drive thru. My son and I waited 45 minutes!!! This is absolutely uncalled for.
It’s time for management to step up and address these reviews!

You have to touch screen to order, on same screen as folks with unclean hands. No handsanitizer for afterwards. Judging from screens, not cleaned often. Too easy to get e-coli

45 minutes wait to get a milk shake and a pie! After we had a big meal that was around $65!
The lady on the window so rude and loud! I counted 5 employees and still no one was able to help! When I asked for the refund she throw the money at me! The lady on the register for dinning! I really hope you do something about this!!! Worst experience ever!

My one-star review is unfair to this individual location, because my concern is really Burger King-wide. However, Burger King as a company makes it difficult to communicate anything to them except via individual locations, so, apologies to this franchisee for this.

Until recently, I could bring up an offer in the app, and show it to the cashier when placing an order. But now, for some reason, the offers are only applicable to orders in the app. That would be fine if the app let you communicate all preferences. For example, I am vegetarian and I do not want my Impossible Whopper patty cooked on the broiler, because it could pick up some beef bits or grease. But there could be other concerns people would have, such as allergies.

The app does not have any area for “notes” or “special requests” or anything like that. If you talk with a cashier, they can choose “no broiler” and ask the cook to microwave that patty. In the app, there is nothing you can do.

I could try to place the order in the app and immediately go talk with a cashier about it, except for one problem, there really is no cashier anymore. They have been largely replaced with touchscreens at this location. If I stand there long enough, someone will eventually come out to take an order, but I can’t rely on this happening quickly enough to affect an order I place in the app.

Basically what I would like Burger King to do is either of these:

1 – Add some Notes or Special Requests field to the order form in the app so someone could note anything like this. (Preferred)
or,
2 – Let me use app offers when placing an order in person with a cashier.

Thanks.
