Went thru drive through and got home with a completely different order. Called to let them know they said go ahead and come back. I said im not coming back through. They said okay will be on the look out have a nice night. Couldn’t even take my name down for a credit. The food I got I couldn’t even eat. Before someone says I should have check my order before leaving. Why? I expect service to be right.

Either it’s long wait times with it being drive thru only or if lobby is open the chance of your order being stolen is super high. At least with drive thru your order is most the time there. In the past 2 days I’ve attempted to pick up 7 orders for Uber Eats for people with lobby being open and 3 were already taken. Since they don’t remake orders I would suggest what other businesses do and put them behind a wall of block off the rack so employees have to actually have to hand the food and watch the delivery drivers confirm the order was picked up so they can’t cancel after grabbing it. I understand it can be a pain when short staffed or busier but in the end you’ll have more happy customers.

I cannot comprehend dine in is 99% of the time unavailable when covid has been done for years. Hire adequate staff to keep your lobby open or close down. I cannot even count the times on my fingers I’ve gone and lobby has been closed. It’s genuinely crash out worthy to everyone who doesn’t own a vehicle. HIRE MORE/ADEQUATE STAFFING TO KEEP THE PLACE RUNNING OR CLOSE IT DOWNz

Workers are too busy cussing and fighting in the kitchen in back to get an order right. It isn’t the end of the world they gave me beef instead of steak in my cheesy Gordita tacos. But the fact they are too busy fighting with one another to get an order right is ridiculously unprofessional and childish.

This place is trash for mobile orders. I have waited multiple times for an hour in the drive thru to pick up a door dash order when the app told me it was ready 10 minutes after getting there. Why can’t I just walk in, pick up my customers order and leave instead of letting their food sit and get cold for 50 minutes while I waste my time and gas because the staff are lazy.

This place is usually good however they’re conducting “maintenance” inside, but the store is open and the only place you can get food is through the drive-through. They have nobody doing anything internally for customers and yet they are still extremely, extremely slow even by corporate Taco Bell standards very disappointed. If I wanted to eat my food in the car since the lobby is closed, there’s not even a trashcan to put trash. What if I needed to utilize the restroom. I mean we are eating Tacos? You can clearly tell there is no maintenance happening internally.

Let us order Nacho Fries and pay for them then didn’t even put them in our bag. When we went back through the drive through to ask if we could have them, when they decided to tell us that they were actually out of them. Get your crap together Fairbanks Taco Bell. You suck.
