Hands down one of the better Krispy Kreme locations around. After having a bad experience at another location, this Manassas store was a complete turnaround. We stopped by on 1/18/2026 at approximately 5:50 pm, and the donuts were fresh, the service was friendly, and everything ran smoothly even while busy, plus the Hot Now sign was on, which made it even better.
What really stood out was how the employees and the manager worked together as a team. Everyone was helping each other, staying positive, and keeping things moving. The store was clean, the staff was efficient, and the quality was exactly what you expect (and hope for). Krispy Kreme does it right here.

I had the best donuts ever they looked amazing! Only problem was that the customer service was AWFUL. I go in to order 2 dozen donuts and the bald gentleman at the front was acting rude and in a rush. He didn’t even say have a good one or at least say the transaction was over and no receipt. My sister said have a good day and he was silent.

I bypassed this location but ended up turning around 2 miles down the road and I’m so happy that I did. Who would have thought that after a 12 hour work day that I had room for a smile? Who, Bryan did. His personality was kind, comforting and he chuckled as much as I did when I couldn’t figure out what donut I wanted-so I ordered 2 dozen. Thank you for that!

My husband went to go buy some doughnuts and when he came home and open the box we were surprised to see how tiny and old and dried up these doughnuts were. Very disappointed and this isn’t the first time it happened and the employees are also rude and when you ask for hot donuts when the sign is light up they tell us that they ran out of warm ones or make some type of excuse. Can’t believe how lazy Krispy Kreme has gotten. It’s sad cause there isn’t much Krispy Kreme in the area to go to…

I visited this Krispy Kreme with my family and we purchased a half‑dozen donuts and a coffee. While we were sitting and enjoying them, another customer mentioned that the store offers free donuts when the “Hot Light” is on. I wasn’t aware of this, so I approached the counter and asked how the promotion works and whether it would be possible to receive the complimentary donuts.

The two young female employees at the counter looked at each other, made a cringing face, and reluctantly said it was one free donut per person. Since my family was inside finishing the donuts we had already purchased, I asked for three. Even as a retired military service member, I’m not someone who goes around asking for free things, and I approached the situation politely. I appreciated the donuts, this was never about the money.

What made the interaction worse was that the heavier‑set young lady flicked the box with her finger as she handed it over, which came across as dismissive and unnecessary. The product was good, but the interaction left a bitter taste nonetheless. If the company policy is to offer free donuts during the Hot Light as a way to bring people in, then employees should be able to provide them without making customers feel uncomfortable. They aren’t paying for the donuts out of their own pockets, and their reaction sends the wrong message to guests who are simply following the promotion the company advertises.

I have to disagree with the review left in August.

The minute I walked in…I was greeted with a Huge smile and then I started sharing my experience at the Dunkin Donuts store right across from the Prince William Hospital.

That was a really bad customer service.

The Manager at my liberia Krispy Kreme was so happy i drove from Sudley rd to his Krispy Kreme store not only because their donuts are alwasy fresh, calentitos and delicious. He gave me a Free Dozen for the ER nurses.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Krispy Kreme thanks to Hussein.

Yesterday I tried calling the store but couldn’t get through, so I ended up speaking with an outside call center to ask about current donut promotions. Even though the deal I was looking for had already ended, Hussein went above and beyond by reaching out to me on his personal time, even though he was off work, just to make sure my questions were answered.

I told him it wasn’t necessary and that I had already placed my order through the app, but a few minutes later he followed up again with updated information on current promotions, something he truly had no obligation to do. To top it off, he surprised me with a couple of extra donuts and paper hats simply because he wanted to make a customer happy.

As a teacher, I know my students are going to be absolutely thrilled by this small but meaningful gesture. Hussein’s kindness, professionalism, and dedication to customer service truly stood out, and it made my day. Experiences like this are why customers keep coming back.

I had a long hard day of work and I decided to stop by krispy kreme for my favorite glazed donut and I’m so glad I did! Erika had served me and made me feel so welcomed, she saw that I was upset and decided to let me have the donut for free. She was very sweet, 10 out of 10 experience I would go again.

Got 2 dozen 1 mix 1 glazed wasn’t happy with mix box alot of the charlie brown Christmas ones on display charge extra for colored icing. Plus wasn’t fresh very crunchy frosting art work on doughnuts looked like 2 year old did it. An glased not fresh either had fresh batch on belt being made but guy grabbed box on tray. Didn’t offer the fresh one’s others at counter was told by there counter help I’ll get fresh for you.
