This is probably the worst steak supreme. I would have gave 0 stars. Waited a very long time, pulled ahead to wait almost 25 minutes. And was served this sandwich, I’ve been coming to bruchi’s a long time and I can’t believe someone would send this out. Bread completely soggy, no cheese, chicken because they didn’t clean the grill?. No thank you.

Went through the drive thru because fries and fry sauce sounded really good. Ordered and paid for a meal. Didn’t look at the bag when I got it, which I rarely do anyways. Got to work to eat and guess what… No fries or fry sauce. Called and left a message hoping to at least get an apology and hopefully a credit on my card. Been a few days and nothing.

The food was good, but its still fast food. The store was clean, staff was excellent. The food was brought to the table which I enjoyed very much. 5 stars is out of the reach for most fast food places but 4 stars you can rest assured you will have a good meal.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed at money spent and that Includes the time I accidentally ordered a reuben (I Hate sauerkraut). My daughter’s chicken sub was too soggy to eat. She fed it to the dog before I could even take a photo. My french dip + grilled mushrooms and onions came with soggy bread, leather instead of meat (when I hold the roast beef up it stays laying flat in the air, supporting itself), no mushrooms or onions and there’s not even au jus. As if this wasn’t ridiculous in and of itself, I’m pregnant so now I just want to cry. And they don’t answer their phones. It doesn’t even ring, just tells you to go online or leave a message. I will never eat Bruchi’s again.

Fry’s hard as rocks (timed out)cold oil taste. Asked for cooked bacon on sandwich got cold greasy bacon on it. They use cheap onions not red. Cheese I had to take off and break apart to put back on

This place took over 15 mins to give me a single smash burger and some fries. I was the only one in the drive through. I asked for no bruchies sauce and they put on extra. Oh and my burger was raw in middle. My fries were small ends and some were fried multiple times before they made it into my order. 0 out of 10.

Bags of fries were at bottom of bag, all fries were smashed like this picture and weren’t all the way cooked so they didn’t even fall out of bag when I turned upside down. The steak classic tasted and looked burnt and hardly any sauce (mayo). Been going here for years but I guess I’ll be going to phillyicious from now on.

Good food and quick service. When I order online, I can pick the time I want it delivered and they are pretty spot on. And ordering online is pretty easy too.
