This has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had not only with Domino’s but any food establishment. I placed and order, and after about an hour I got an email saying that they were sorry my delivery was not what they hoped so they were giving me a discount for a future order. I was confused by this since I was still waiting for my order to be delivered. I called the store and the recoding said that the order associated with my number was delivered, and while the girl on the phone was nice-ish she had no answers for me, she kept on saying she didn’t know where my order was but that it was still in transit. I asked if it was showing delivered on their end, and she said no and that she could see it was already assigned to a driver but had no estimate as to when I would get it. She transferred me to an assistant manager who was very rude, and his answer was first “I don’t know” and then he said 15-25 minutes (at this point it had already been over an hour). I waited 30 minutes before I called again, and was on hold for 15 minutes, when I got a second call from the store saying that they had just gotten a call from a different hotel saying they had a pizza delivery there an hour ago but they didn’t have a guest under that name. The girl offered a refund OR to do a remake, since my kids are starving I asked for a remake, but she said it was going to take closer to another 2 hours since they were extremely busy. Very long story short, when asking for a refund and asking for that in an email since at this point I didn’t trust them to do it, the manager laughed at me, because I was emotional and proceeded to hang up on me. The absolute WORST!

This specific location is outstanding! I come with my boys every friday for a couple pizzas and I use some of the coupons most of the time. Whether its full price or discounted I always get the same quality, I live down south but I rather make the drive because also the staff is always so friendly.

Will was incredibly helpful with my pizza purchase. Although it was a very busy time for them, my pizzas came out fast and super well made. All the workers were moving around like a well-oiled machine. Best Domino’s ever.

The girl behind the counter didn’t even know where she was. Had no idea what we were supposed to pay. She didn’t know how much to charge for 1 thing of sauce. The pizza itself made me sick for 2 days. One of the worst pizzas I have ever gotten from a domino’s pizza.

Estimated wait time for ONE medium pizza with jus pepperoni 7-17 minutes. Been waiting almost 30 minutes in store. After standing in line for 20 minutes they ask my name and start my order. The workers are busy talking instead of working.

Ordered a New York styl. This is what I get.. Even the toppings are messy. Bacon9none side and bell peppers all of pizza. I get we can all make mistakes . Called they said an 1hr before I get my replacement. I’m like no thanks.
