This was definitely an above average McDonalds experience. The food was ready pretty quickly even with a full drive thru, and the food was HOT. I nearly burnt my tongue on the apple pie, soooo much better than getting cold food. Would definitely recommend this one!

I go through drive-thru Tell him no egg no breakfast sauce clarified it with the girl cuz this isn’t the first time they can’t seem to make an order right Go to the window check my stuff they hand me a bagel with egg with the sauce I go in I stand there for 5 minutes being completely ignored because they obviously knew that I was mad and they didn’t want to deal with a wrong order after 5 minutes I had to go into work so I said can someone remake my order since you can’t manage to do it right I tell him what it was what was wrong and then they hand me my order I get to my car lesson learned you should have checked it then and half of it’s burnt if I go to work expected to do my job I expect other people to go to work to do their job correctly I don’t know who in the right mind thought it was acceptable to ever hand a human a bagel like that

Very poorly managed McDonald’s. We were traveling to NJ and stopped by to grab a quick snack but waited 10 minutes on the counter to order but there was no one there to take our order. Everyone was busy preparing orders for the drive thru customers. I asked a couple of ladies if someone will take our order and both of them said she will be there in 2 minutes but no one came. After waiting 10 minutes, we left without any food. The drive through line was also very long. I hope they will improve their service.

I’ve never liked this McDonald’s. It’s trashy. It’s always gross, orders are always wrong, and the food is subpar compared to other locations. To add on to the fact, they actively shooed off that poor team. They at least had the nerve to call ahead and let staff have time to prepare. Instead, they turned them away. Absolutely rude.

Food tastes like regular McDonald’s but the times we’ve been here in the past few months the orders been made poorly made and multiple items forgotten the inside of the restaurant no matter what time of day I go in is disgustingly dirty mostly in midday and night. Alot of times the night shift employees are very rude and spend more time talking than getting food out the window.windows. Ordered deluxe spicy McCrispy with pickles and got a regular chicken only on bread. Everytime we go some part of the order is messed up whether missing food, nuggets that are crumby and look under cooked but over done at the same time, completely wrong food items or things as simple as putting ice in a drink that was ordered to have no ice. They need to train employees better and get them to actually read the order. Update 3/16: ordered another deluxe spicy McCrispy with pickles and got a non deluxe but it atleast had sauce and pickles this time. Getting tired of every order having an issue.

Got here 10 min before close (10:49 actually), no answer at the drive thru speaker. Sat there trying to get attention from someone, nothing. I work in Geneseo anyway so if I want McDonald’s I’ll just get it while I’m there once in a while.

The soda machine was broken and leaking all over the floor with which no one was doing anything about, and the staff are rude and are also swearing in the kitchen in the back, and they are also very, very slow. I have been inside many McDonald’s, and this one was probably the worst I’ve ever been in. 10/10 don’t recommend unless you want soda all over your shoes and to be spoken to terribly.

Their service was ok I had a small order but their bathrooms have a lock on them you have to ask an employee to unlock the bathroom. Their milkshakes were “out of stock”.
