ordered a cinnamon pull apart and it is actually harder than a rock. i left the Wendy’s 20 minutes ago and its still warm so it is not that i left it sitting out. Leaving a review because i was very excited and this was so disappointing so I felt the need to share. I paid for this mind you and in this economy that is insane for yall to be playing with my money like that.

It’s Wendy’s. The food is reliably good. Service is usually pretty prompt. My only complaint is with the prices which seem to be on the high side. If you’re a senior like me, ask for the senior discount and they’ll knock 10% off your tab. My kids like the soda machine as it seems to have a large variety of flavors.

I was just there with my kids. Horrible, horrible service. The guy that took our order was rude and mean. We ordered 3 baconators and 2 baconator fries, and his answer was yelling at other people inside: Oh, man! 3 baconators. The worst baconator fries I’ve ever had. We got strips of bacon instead of bacon bits like usual.
We waited like 15 min at the window for our order and there were people waiting first than us on the side that were complaining about the long wait and missing food.
Definetely, I won’t go at this time anymore.

But I still love Wendys.

Terrible customer service. I was rushed (only one in line) no one behind me , the rude window guy was huffing and puffing and tapping my card on the window as if I’m holding him up WHILE IM trying to find my other card. I WILL NOT EVER GO HERE AGAIN. Pushy rude ignorant workers. UNREAL.

Manager was very rude . My family and I are our meal and then we had a bunch of left over fries and nuggets . I wanted a plastic cup so I could store the left over food for my toddler to eat later in the car . The manager said it would cost me 4$ for an empty plastic cup . They were acting like I was trying to scam them or something . Very rude . Then the manager was bickering with his employee about the cup like it’s a weird request. What a shame my family and I will not be returning

To whom it may concern:
I’ve been in this business for a long time and have seen a lot, but I feel I should speak out about what I’ve noticed at your Wendy’s.
The general manager does not treat employees with respect. I’ve seen her raise her voice, yell in front of customers, glare at her staff, speak badly about them to others, and generally come across as rude. This leaves a bad taste in the restaurant’s mouth, both for the employees and for customers like me, who are only there to eat.
I’ll be honest: if I were one of those employees, I wouldn’t want to go to work with her or I would arrive feeling discouraged by the treatment I receive. This is not how a restaurant should be run.
A manager should lead by example, with fairness and respect. What I’ve seen is the opposite, and it hurts employee morale and the customer experience as well.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and corrected. Good people don’t stay long in a place where they’re treated badly, and customers notice these things more than you might think.
On top of my own experience, I’ve also seen comments from other people about this store, and several mention how rude she can be in the way she talks to or even looks at customers.

I have been to many Wendy’s locations in Northern New Jersey and this one is by far the ABSOLUTE worst! The female manager has no clue how to run the place. The drive thru is a DISASTER. They are NEVER prepared. There’s nothing “fast” about it. The food is below par. The manager is extremely unprofessional and talks about customers negatively in Spanish. They also have an issue with customers redeeming their Wendy’s app rewards. WORST WENDYS in North Jersey by far!

Sometimes will give you wrong order, but the most consistent thing is they’re always slow in giving orders, will make you wait for a long time, and even on the speaker they will always ask for a “moment” that takes like 5minutes. Needs improvement, mcdonald’s serves each car like 1minute and wendy’s is like 10minutes each

I came to Wendy’s via the drive thru and my experience was good. The lady working there was very friendly and my food was very good. I love the strawberry lemonade and the fries. I got a Dave’s single.
