Nut allergy friendly: No issues here!
Parking is relatively difficult. There are a few spots in front, and they have signs for locations on overflow parking.
Time to Order (weekday lunch): 8 minutes for a salad, 17 minutes for the Lunch Special sandwiches
First off, I’ve got to highlight what an awesome lunch special they have. $6 for a burger or chicken sandwich is excellent!
We arrived around 12:45PM. There were few enough people for me to snag the last parking spot up to the patio. You order at the bar and they’ll bring food to the table.
I asked how large the lunch special Lil’ Chick Sammich and Lil’ Creek Burgers were and they said they were on the smaller side. My interpretation was that meant something like a slider, so I ordered both the burger and the chicken sandwich with fries. They reeeeally undersold that one. The chicken sandwich was very reasonably normal sized and plenty enough for my lunch. I ended up taking the burger home.
Lil Chick Sammich (4.5/5): Excellent for the value. Fresh ingredients, big piece of white meat chicken that wasn’t too dry. Don’t forget to ask for mayo.
Fries: (4/5) Decent portions and came out reasonably crispy.
Lil Creek Burger (2/5): I’d pass on burgers here. Way too salty and overcooked well done. Maybe if I had a beer with it!
Overall, their lunch menu definitely has value and I’d swing by again for that if I had a working lunch.

The food was fantastic. The staff was friendly. Although, it was way over priced. The white queso, too expensive for a small cup, delicious but not for the price for what you are served. I do recommend the visit

This place rocks. Dined here the other night. Told the gentleman taking our order that we were first timers and asked him what’s good. He said to throw a dart and whatever you land on is good. Based on that, we felt we were definitely in the right place. We like slushy drinks so he recommended the Watermelon Fresco and Country Ass Tea, both were great…not boozy but flavorful and refreshing…something you could have for lunch and still go back to work. I ordered the chicken tenders and my husband was torn between the chicken fried steak and the drunken bird. Our advisor (the guy taking our order) said to definitely go with the drunken bird. Oh my gosh, it was amazing…can’t wait to go back and have more drunken birds. This place is so laid back and chill, great music, I felt I was in Austin not Houston. It’s an escape…in a very good way. The only negative was the dessert. They only have two on the menu, and we tried the chocolate cake. Unfortunately, it was still partially frozen when served. It’s an icebox-style cake (if you’re familiar with those), and since I don’t care for icebox cakes, it just wasn’t my thing. We gave it a try but ended up leaving most of it. Still, the food, drinks, and atmosphere far outweighed that one miss. Canyon Creek has officially become one of my new favs!

Friendly bar service and their frozen waternelon drink was really good. The wings were awesome with the sweet and spicy sauce. The tomato and mozz app was good but wasn’t expecting the lettuce. Cool place with big dog friendly patio.

I came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning and I must say it didn’t disappoint! They have plenty of options for any kind of person! Their selection of savory and sweet never disappoints!! If you have a sweet tooth I recommend the buttermilk waffles with the berries and cream! It never fails to satisfy me after a long walk in the park!

Really great casual atmosphere with great outdoor seating and a lot to look at on the walls. The food was very good! I had a Greek burger which I’ve never had anywhere else and it was awesome. I’d say the only drawback is it’s a little over priced. A group of 3 of us with no alcohol was 50 bucks for lunch. (We got burgers and nachos).

The ambiance and atmosphere is pretty cool, definitely a hang out spot. We were going to Dona letis but the place was packed and we didn’t want to wait. Opted to eat here, got nachos and buffalo chicken sandwich with a couple of beers. The nachos had NO melted cheese, just shredded cheese left to melt on top of the select few of chips. The sandwich was just ok. Then I found a long hair in the guacamole in the nachos and gave up. These were pretty easy meals and they missed the mark. Maybe to hang out and drink a beer they’re ok definitely don’t come here for the food.

We like coming here for their breaded fried wings and the ice cold beer. You have to be in the mood for these types of wings but if you are then they’re great. Beer is served ice cold and it’s a nice vibe in there.
