Ferris Shawarma is hands down one of the best Middle Eastern spots in Cleveland. The food tastes authentic and fresh every single time. The chicken and beef shawarma are perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. The garlic sauce is bold without being overpowering, and when you get it with fries and salad on a platter, it’s a full, satisfying meal.
Everything tastes high quality and genuinely halal. You can tell they care about how the food is prepared. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and nothing feels rushed or cheap.

About a week ago I overheard a worker at a store telling his buddy to try this place out. Since I live down the street figured I’d give it shot.
I got the super shawarma platter. Comes with 2 shawarmas (I got one beef one chicken) fries, pickle slices, a hot sauce, and a garlic sauce. I also got the hummus appetizer.
The garlic sauce is AMAZING!! Used almost all of it just for the fries. The Shawarmas were both really tasty and fresh. First time coming and I will most deff be back. I wasn’t a big fan of the hummus but everything else is so damn good it still gets 5 stars in my book.

I found out about this place because where I work my colleague orders food from here often and it’s very very good. It’s made the way it should taste. I called ahead for takeout and it was ready as soon as I arrived. The place was clean. They have outdoor seating. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and it’s not far from where I work and I’m so excited about that! I had a taste for Schwarma and hummus, and I’m completely satisfied.

I drove from Pennsylvania to your location and placed an order as soon as I opened. Unfortunately, The French fries were burnt. I was very disappointed with the quality, especially after making the drive. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

FAVORITE Arabi resturant in all of Cleveland !!!! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to come. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly here, it truly feels like a family environment.

Want to vomit your brains out? Sure go here! Decided to try it for the first time, started with the fries. They tasted water logged and old. Thought that’s okay, maybe the Shawarma will be great. I took a bit and tasted the most mediocre chicken i’ve ever had. Then wondering what the taste was, I realized there is hair all over wrapped inside the Shawarma. This is not a small piece of hair, it is all over the thing. I’m sick writing this and I will NEVER order here again. I will also advice everyone I know to stay away!

My whole family loves this place. Everything is delicious, they do the details perfectly and the price is very reasonable. We usually get wraps, and start splitting. The chicken shawarma is a standout, and the falafel wrap is elevated by perfectly pickled root veggies. It’s a takeout place mostly, but don’t let that put you off. And make sure to order the baklava for dessert!

The service is quick and friendly . The staff is very nice especially the young man at the cashier and the very kind waitress .

We tried the falafel platter, both beef and chicken shawarma, fattoush, and a pudding yogurt parfait as a sweet treat. They also have a cooler with lots of drinks to choose from. Every bite was a burst of fresh flavors. We definitely leave full and with leftovers. Ordering g is super easy, the food comes fast and fresh, and its quiet. You seat yourself and the food comes to you. Definitely worth the trip!!

Ferris sets the bar high for authentic Shawarma in the US. I’ve never been disappointed when eating there, and they’ve consistently maintained their quality over the years. I have to resist the temptation to go there daily! I hope to see them expand in the future.
