We are locals and have loved DD since we were kids. In recent years everyone we’ve visited has given us a lackluster experience. It’s just felt like they’re not really trying.
This visit was better than we were expecting though mainly because of the great service we got from James. He was attentive and friendly and gave us some insight on the donut selection which we appreciated.
We got cream-filled donuts. There was more cream than we were expecting which is a plus, and it tasted great. The donut was a little dry though. The restrooms and store were very clean. Overall a good experience. We will return.

Male worker undercooked my bacon and shorted me an order. We had to pull back around bc he left the window. He made it again but only gave me 3 half slices which is less than one order. I ordered 2 orders. Had to think to get attention and girl in glasses came to the window and very condescendingly told me an order of bacon is just 1 slice of bacon cut in half. I told her normally I get several half slices per bag, usually 5-6. I asked her why every other time I order 2 bacons, I get two little pouches with 5-6 slices of bacon each in them but today I only got 3 half slices in 1 pouch? She smirked and said, “because they’re nicer than me.” I asked where the manager was and she told me he was at home. I asked her for my money back for the other order and she said what I had was 2 orders which is what I paid for so she wouldn’t give me a refund. This Dunkin has had lazy, rude employees in the past according to other reviews. They clearly make their living off of the tourists who don’t know better. I’m contacting the health department and bbb since they took my money and wouldn’t give me my order. It’s sad too bc we go through often to get a bacon each and a donut.

My boyfriend and his mother went to Dunkin and got drinks he got the ice coffee with 3 shots of vanilla and 3 shots of camel and I don’t think they were deprived about it so I totally recommend it I always love getting drunk and it makes me happy that my partner and his mother got it

Here is the thing customers need to understand about these delivery companies. Uber does not come through the system and if your Uber drive doesn’t understand how to work the app then that is an Uber training issue not the restaurants issue. Secondly Door Dasher’s and Uber drivers are asked to please contact the customer for modifications and or item replacement due to being out. If your driver doesn’t contact you and you fail to put the size you want the the restaurant automatically defaults to medium and what they can see. Now Door Dash comes through Dunkin system. Uber howber doesn’t and if the drive cant operate the app to pull the order up then that is a lack of training on Uber and would fall on Uber not the restaurant. So please educate yourself before you put down a restaurant simply because you dont understand the business your using to get your drinks/food/groceries and everything in between. Age of saying you want something done right do it yourself. Maybe remember that next time your using a delivery service! Have a blessed day!

Unfortunately I have to give this Dunkin’ a one star review due to not actually getting most of our order. We ordered two coffees, two donuts and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. There was no one in the shop but it appears the drive thru was fairly busy with one guy working the counter, one working the window and another warming up sandwiches. We received our coffees fairly quickly and were then completely ignored the rest of the time we were there. Other customers started to come in and while I waited at the pickup window not once was I spoken to or asked what I needed. There was a bag that had been set in the window that said sausage croissant but when I opened it there was a bacon egg and cheese bagel in it. I continued to wait and continued to be ignored as another employee arrived and immediately started working the window. Customer service training is a MUST for this location immediately. We left without our food and won’t be back.

Just your average Dunkin’ Donuts location but nestled in the chaos if the Branson strip. The donuts were decent like that other locations, the coffee was okay and the atmosphere was good. Not much to say other than just another Duncan franchise location. A bit pricey as they all are but meh….its duncan.

Ordered a simple cup of coffee in the drive-thru. Sat at the windows forever looking at it on the counter while employees ignored everyone waiting for service, including us. Left after waiting forever with no coffee. Fire these employees, a woman and young guy 7:10pm August 31st.
