Normally the food is amazing, but tonight my ultimate breakfast sandwich was so small. Typically it is a lot bigger, has ham, and more eggs. I’ve never had this problem until tonight.

This is literally the worst place to ever get food I wouldn’t recommend this fast food joint to anyone. I ordered thru Uber eats. The food was completely cold not because of the driver, but because of the employees that work there. My food doesn’t even look like anything when I ordered and I have pictures to prove it. I just wanted a late night treat after a long day from work then I tried to call the store and the workers were just laughing. Didn’t have a care in the world saying we don’t care if yall leave a review I will never do business here and also the fries were beyond cold. The drinks weren’t even full. They were halfway full.

Ordered a number 3, bacon and Swiss. This is what I got. Normally food and service is good. I am not pleased. I called up there, had to leave a voicemail. This was a $10.49 combo plus $0.99 for medium upgrade. For a $10 burger, I expect a lot more.

I hadn’t eaten at a Jack in the Box in probably 30 years and it will probably be another 30 years before I come back. Food was mediocre at best and drink machine syrup was practically nonexistent (No regular Coke, Sprite or Dr. Pepper) Dining room needed cleaning at 3:09pm on a Sunday) I asked if there was a single burger with lettuce and tomato… I was told no…. Really? I ended up ordering a Smash Jack combo that was not really smashed and lukewarm. (There were three customers in the dining room when I arrived )…20 minutes later they still haven’t attempted to clean the dining room all while 2 female employees were laughing at (about) someone in the drive thru. Kinda sad if you think about it

We expected 12 tacos to come in a box not a bag so when we ask the lady if there was 12 tacos in the bag she said yes and then rold her eyes at use for asking but we wanted to make sure because they were on a bag and the bag didn’t seem big enough and if you go to this location shes a young lady with a mask on

Jack in the Box is hands down my favorite fast food restaurant. The amount of Sourdough Jacks and Breakfast Jacks I’ve had is insane. Tbh, I PROBABLY hold the Guinness World Record haha But that’s besides the fact, go getchu some!! Pictured below is their Chicken Teriyaki Bowl & Egg Roll! Great flavor, great price!
