We went into the Los Lunas restaurant. The manager, Freddy, recognized a situation and immediately rectified it. We were seated and got our beverages right away. Freddy took our order on the spot. Food came quickly and exactly to order. Freddy saved the day and ensured a returning customer. Thank you, Freddy, for breakfast! You were great!

IHOP has improved tremendously ! since my last visit about 6 months ago.. going from a Rating of 1 to 7 WOW A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!!
the menu is so much better!!
Rather than having to purchase your meal as a build your own with everything being charged separately and receiving everything on side plates as your meal you can actually buy a normal plate altogether ☕️.. .
Keep up the improvements .. always room for more improvement!!!
One suggestion, adding bread to your dinners ..
And having all product that is on the menu…

Takes a while for your food to be delivered. It’s good but it gets really cold fast. Most of the seating has a vent that blows down on your table. I recommend finding a table without a vent overhead. Food is good though.

As soon as we walked in the hostess was going to seat us we hear the waitress say “ugh is it my turn again” we should have left then. Once we’re seated she brings our drinks says she will be right back with our straws never comes back with the straws. We ordered our food and after that she never came back to ask if we needed anything i had to ask the hostess to call our waitress Natalia over. She still didnt come over to our table the only way I was able to get a water was because they sat someone next to us and while she was taking her order i was able to ask for a water. She was going around asking her other tables if they needed anything it felt as if it was only our table that was being overlooked . The service was horrible to say the least. We will definitely not be coming back.

IHOP @ Los Lunas, NM. First impressions- really clean. Floors, walls, tables. Attention to detail. I appreciate that. Our server had great manners. IHOP has extensive menus but , usually a breakfast here involves coffee, eggs, and some kind of breakfast meat. Great portions, quick service. This IHOP is doing it right!

After being overlooked at a table of eight, we finally received our food only after my 9-year-old son, celebrating his birthday, asked, “Where’s the food? I’m hungry.” Unfortunately, we were forgotten again by the waitress. The bus girl was attentive, but the waitress was not.
I chose not to leave a tip because the second half of our party did, and we had two separate bills. My meal should have cost $32.95, but the waitress took it upon herself to add a tip of over $9 because the tip area was blank. She then discarded the signed receipt to avoid using my name. I did not approve of this tip, nor did I give her permission to do so!
I can’t imagine how many other customers she has done this to, especially those who don’t take their receipts or sign the tip area and total amount. The food was awesome. Enjoyed it very well. The place was busy but that didn’t make us wait long. The staff is doing a great job. Very friendly and attentive. Definitely a good place to have breakfast or brunch if you stay at Los lunas or on your way through I-25.

This trip was extremely disappointing due to the fact that they were out of stock of several items my family wanted. My wife.
And I were hoping for a burger and the server came back a minute after taking our order and said that the table out of burgers. Out of burgers?!?
Anyway, we decided then to go with a separate items,omelets and my wife then wanted a shake for her dessert. Guess what… they’re out of milk for the shakes. Thank goodness for our server, Xandra, who tried to make the best of the situation.She was amazing.

This store has completely messed up over 2 of my orders and anytime I come back to talk to the manager the manager is not here. The employees are rude and dishonest refuse to fix their mistakes and refuse to get a manager. I ordered 30oz take out drinks only received 16oz drinks. Ordered 2 things of pancakes both came missing topping one stack was even missing pancakes.

Waited over a hour for my food and when I got it was horrible.
The brownie was hard as a rock and the nachos wasn’t even worth touching. Then there was a big pipping tip on the French tost. Quality of food in this place is below any kind of quality.
