Went there today for lunch. Place absolutely was filthy. Everything from the tables to the floors. Floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in forever. I was truthfully afraid to eat there. Walked into the restroom and it got worse. I could see the floor where the food is prepared and it was dirty to. Health department would shut them down immediately if they walked in there today. Owner should be ashamed. Funny anti slip sign for what purpose. I should have taken more photos.

I would give this taco bell a negative star. They messed up my order. They even had the soda machine messed up. I want mountain dew zero. But when you pushed the button it came out blue. Then I went diet pepsi and came yellow. I am diabetic so I didnt want be on sugar high with the wrong drink.

What irritates me most is when someone lies to my face. Having a long drive I requested natural fries to be freshly made. Pulling up to the window with my food already ready told me that request was probably not accommodated. I asked the worker if they were freshly made and she said yes. I checked the bag only to find my fries were lukewarm. I asked again and she assured me that my fries were just made. I told her that the fries were definitely not just made, but she didn’t still stated they were. Irritated but not wanting to argue over french fries I proceeded to go home. Also ordered was a grilled cheese burrito. When my son unwrapped it it there was a big hole in the side. Using tortillas that are damaged may not affect the taste of the food but it does affect the quality. It also shows the standard of service at this location.

It’s almost everytime I go there that something is wrong with my order. Make sure everything is in your bag before you pull away. Its fairly clean on the inside but no one is using the lobby during covid so I figured they’d buckle down on the drive thru and unfortunately it seems like that takes longer now than when the lobby was open and I’m not sure why.
