Nice and clean. The staff is really nice. But the customer service is terrible. I’ve been here 3 times. I’ve walked out once because they couldn’t figure out who should seat me and left me standing at the front. The servers just seem to be young and forgetful. They aren’t very knowledgeable and when it comes to substitutions the food almost always ends up being wrong. The kitchen has messed up my order on a few occasions and generally just don’t seem to care about the quality of food they send out. My boyfriend’s pancakes were hard and cold the first time, and also the second time when we asked for new ones. How does IHOP serve cold hard pancakes twice?

Though it was busy when we went, There was a very long wait. Waited at least 10 – 15 minutes before we were even seated. Then waited another 35 minutes For a basic order Of kids tenders and a split decision. I sat there and watched while people who came after me, who ordered more food than me with more complicated order, got served before me. This long waiting experience was very difficult especially with a 2-year-old. Luckily he was well-mannered and quiet the entire time Which is rare for a kid of that age. We continued to wait and when the food arrived it was just warm. The food did not seem as hot as it should have been for has long as we had to wait. The server barely served us, barely checked on us, And I ultimately left with my food and I to go box feeling like it was a waste of time. Luckily the pricing was good and it was not very expensive or else I would have been even more disappointed. Usually this is a good location but today’s experience left me feeling like I should have just gone to the grocery store In the same plaza. Maybe it is better when it is not busy.

KRISTIAN… KRISTIAN…. KRISTIAN … WAS AMAZING!! They all were! But he is just the greatest. Very professional!! Sweet! Answered all my questions … and checked on me regularly!! He is the diamond !!! Absolutely love the vibe he gives. Natural talent and customer service is hard to come by these days. But he is on point!! Awesomeness is what he brings to the table!!! Thank you for such a wonderful start to the morning!

This is a very good IHOP! The food is IHOP food but in this place it’s always hot and fresh! The restaurant is newer and nice and clean, the restrooms are clean. The wait staff is nice and courteous and the food comes out quickly!

The food was okay, it’s IHop! The service was great! My one big complaint was the smell! It was a very strange and strong smell towards the entrance. It was so bad we checked our shoes to see if we had perhaps stepped in dog poo! Then we heard other patrons mention the smell. We requested to move to a different section of the restaurant and it was much better!

We visited on a very busy Sunday morning at 11:00 AM and seated with no wait. We had bacon and hash browns, and a breakfast sampler with hash browns. There was a little mix up with the order, and the pancakes were gifted. The food was properly cooked and served and was very tasty. Pricing was reasonable for the times, and service was most excellent.
Longevity was an attentive but unobtrusive waitress. We enjoyed our visit!
I just want to add, we observed a variety of folks dining this particular morning and the wait staff was most accommodating to all of the various racial groups we observed dining while were there. Makes you wonder if anyone having troubles here weren’t troubling the restaurant themselves?

Stopped here from out of town to grab a quick bite with my family. Started off with a great server, and I thought we were going to have a great experience. I ordered my sons food first, and it came out quickly! The rest of the food took 40 minutes, and they forgot my nephews kids smile pancake. We were all almost done eating and still no food. I finally got up and asked, why? Kids’ food always comes out first. They said they were short staffed. (So is everywhere else.) I can be understanding, but 50 minutes for a kid’s food is outrageous. They didn’t care. My turkey had advocates that I asked not to have. Looking for a quick lunch, don’t stop here. Overworked employees makes for unhappy paying customers. Oh and the place was empty..
