The food was phenomenal! Definitely pigged out and was satisfied with the value! The obnoxiously loud kids were the only negative aspect of the experience! Other than that, this establishment was incredible and the drinks were made proportionally/accurately! The consistency and friendless of the waiter we had was exceptional! I would recommend a visit to this place!

I’ve never really been a fan of Applebee’s, but I decided to give them another try today. The staff was polite and the service was quick, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was really disappointing. I also ordered an alcoholic drink, and it was honestly the weakest and most underwhelming one I’ve had anywhere. If you’re going for friendly service, it’s a good spot , but if you’re going for the food or drinks, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Two friends and I waited over an hour for our food. When the orders arrived, the waiter brought one friend a chicken dish instead of the salmon she had ordered. While he offered to have salmon prepared, she declined because of the already lengthy wait for our food.
The broccoli that came with two orders had mushy, rotten looking tops and black stems. We showed two different waiters, neither of whom seemed to care nor offered to give us another side. Obviously, we didn’t eat the broccoli.
When leaving, we asked for the manager and told her what had happened and what an unpleasant experience the evening had been. She merely said, “I’m sorry,” with no emotion.
We won’t waste our time nor money nor our health by eating there again

None of the food was as advertised. Boneless wings were smaller than a McNugget. Wonton tacos were barely filled with anything. No taste. The fun looking burger in bubbling cheese skillet just didn’t have sufficient cheese to make it work. It was total low quality for the price.

It has been several years since our last visit to Applebee’s. Our previous experiences were marred by subpar service and food quality. Last night, we opted to revisit the establishment, a decision we ultimately regretted. While our server, Tristan, provided exceptional service, the overall experience was profoundly disappointing.
Our appetizer was served promptly, fresh, and warm. However, our main courses took an hour to arrive and were barely lukewarm upon delivery. This was particularly unfortunate as the dishes had the potential to be excellent. My husband ordered the quesadilla burger, and I selected the ultimate sampler. My wonton tacos were soggy and disintegrated due to excess liquid, and the riblets had a charred taste, suggesting an uncleaned grill. The shrimp, however, was satisfactory.
I empathized with the incoming patrons, anticipating they would encounter similar issues. While I would ideally return once the company addresses these concerns, given that there is only one location in Amarillo, I do not foresee improvements in the near future. Our server even had to locate our eating utensils, which were notably spotted and questionable.

We went in about 11:30 p.m. Saturday February 14th there were very few people in there less than 20 to 25. Our waiter his name was Jaden and he brought our tea we had no straws, no spoons no silverware nothing just a glass of iced tea. After about 10 minutes of waiting I finally used an ink pin out of my purse My husband used his finger to stir our sweet and low into our tea. He finally came and got our order and our appetizers for our two for $25. Salads. Which had brown lettuce in it he informed us that we could not have our French dressing because they didn’t have any. So I settled for blue cheese with a side of ranch, my husband settled for balsamic. My husband ordered the 6 oz ribeye which was cold overcooked and very tough, I ordered the OM cheeseburger which also was very cold The french fries were like rubber. It took us over 30 minutes just to get a salad with silverware that never did get a spoon or straw. The service was the worst I have ever ever had. They were not busy therefore taking 15 minutes to get a salad, and another 20 to 30 minutes to get cold overcooked food was just absolutely not acceptable. Had an online order. Total cost was about 60 dollars for my friend and I. I wanted to try their new O-M-Cheese Burger. I mean, the ads look great, so why not? Along with some cheesesticks and some ribs. Should had been a great night.
Food was just…meh. I did NOT get the O-M-Cheese Burger…I got a classic bacon cheeseburger. Don’t worry, receipt said it was the O-M-Cheese one. The cheese sticks tasted like they were stale but reheated? I don’t know, a weird sensation there. The ribs were good at least.
Perhaps this is just one to better try in person. I wish I could had tried the burger though when I actually found out about it.

Our server sucked. Asked for coffee said we had no coffee, took 20 minutes to get our drinks and mine was wrong, he served us our food I asked for silverware and he said we don’t have any they are doing dishes so get manager for the 3rd time, he brings us silverware and drops it in the middle of table and walks away. Lori from curb side was awesome she got us coffee. Went to restroom and 2 adult depends was on floor plus 2 or 3 diapers and lots of omg yuck. First time being there we just moved here and last time of going there.
