I ordered fries and it was so disgusting over seasoned and tasted so nasty and old and I ordered another fry and it was the same way and I asked for them to be fresh and the people working were rude and not welcoming at all

Awful experience, my fiancé ordered his usually 6 Buffalo styled finger plate and he received them wrong! When he said something they were rude and took the food to the back and fixed him 5 Buffalo styled chicken fingers and put the fingers and fries in to go boxes still missing food, and our order was for dine in, why was it put in to go boxes? Will not come back to this location

I ordered loaded fries and received a box of ranch with 3 fries. the fries being covered so bad made the fries too bad. could not even eat them with how much was on them. i mean they were soooo soggy and completely drenched by it. this zaxbys always seems to have an issue. maybe send someone who knows what they are doing to make food. never coming back.

I ordered 2 Zack packs, 1 boneless wings and 1 with fingers. The prices on the app were different than the ones in store. I got to the window to ask why and the woman in the drive thru window tried to explain the issue and when I asked to speak to the manager, she had an awful attitude and acted like I was an issue. She rushed me and told me she fixed the issue and she didn’t, she just scanned my QR code on the app but didn’t explain why the prices were different. She had long brown hair and a collared shirt. I think her name was Madison. I ended up paying for the food but overall, I would think someone in a manager position would handle issues in a more mature manner. Everyone else was super nice and the food was hot and fresh. I just expect more from someone in a position of authority.

Today, when I pulled up to the drive-through and tried to order, I was completely ignored by one of your workers, named Brianna. After sitting there for a minute, she then proceeded to take another customer’s order instead of mine, which I found completely rude. I’m not sure what her problem was, but I think it’s important to be fair to your customers. This really ruined my mood today, and they only gave me 1 sauce…like what am I going to do with that? Hopefully, your employees will work on their attitudes if I decide to come back. I know people have bad days, but still.

The new chicken quesadillas are so good! Everything was fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and seemed genuinely happy. They even walked our food out to us. We will definitely be back!
