Arrived at 7:30 AM on a Tuesday. Quiet and relaxing with only a couple other customers . Friendly helpful waitress. Very good menu choices. We both enjoyed our omelets. Nicely remodeled.

Applebees at this location is unfortunately struggling. Some of the staff are wonderful and some, unfortunately are not. The food is the same. Sometimes its awesome and sometimes its horrible. Not sure if adding the IHOP has helped or hindered them. But the service is very slow more often than not, even when its not that busy. I hope they work out thier kinks.

Date of service: 2-28-2026 around 230pm. More than half the resturant is empty and servers are sitting/standing around.
I haven’t been to Applebee’s in years, so was excited. First thing I noted, as soon as we walked in, the server did not even greet us. Granted, my 12 year old walked in first, but there were no words exchanged until I greeted her. Poor customer service right off the bat. Sit down, order drinks (water, pepsi). Drinks come, we order. Order an appetizer trio (wonton tacos, mozzarella sticks, pretzel logs). We proceed to wait a fair amount of time. So much so that 2 tables that come in after us have been seated, drinks given, order taken and appetizers served by the time we received the trio. She drops the tray on the table, apologizes for the wait as she walks away. No plates come with appetizer so we use our napkins. Food arrives shortly thereafter. My son ordered the chicken parmesan and I ordered the four cheese mac with chicken tenders. Both dishes were dry and definitely looked like they had been sitting under the warmer for awhile (which I don’t doubt as our dishes were luke warm at best). We waited another 10 minutes for his breadstick to come out after being served our meals. I ate my 3 chicken nuggets (they called them strips, they were the size of nuggets) and left the pasta. My kid is a garbage disposal and will take pretty much anything down. He took 3 bites and was done. I asked for more napkins since we had to use ours as plates for the appetizer. Never received. Drinks were never refilled. Was never asked if there was anything else we needed/wanted. It was all very mediocre, from the food to the service. I paid the bill and tipped accordingly. It was not a pleasant experience and I don’t feel as though we’ll be back.

This was our second time eating inside since it joined with ihop. Our first time was a great experience. Our second time we went for my birthday. Right away I realize there was a loose board on the backrest of the booth we were sitting in. It had nails sticking out of it and my 5 year old son and husband were sitting on that side. When the waitress eventually came to our table I mentioned it. She shook it, saw it was loose and almost off and just left it there. I was worried if it was bumped it would hit them in the back of the head with the nails. We ordered an appetizer and one with our 2/$25. The first appetizer came out (no plates and there was 5 of us, she didn’t come back for us to ask for some or I would have) she came back with our kids meals for our 3 kids and said the other appetizer would be out shortly, only for our food and other appetizer to all come out at once. She never once brought or asked if we needed refills until she brought us boxes. Our cups were empty long before that. She never came back to check on us other than to ask if we needed boxes. The noodles in my meal also were half hard and not cooked all the way. The service this time was terrible and I really wouldn’t recommend them at this point. Not to mention the lack of caring of the safety hazard (it was loose enough that she should have just taken it off). Being that this is a freshly remodeled location is very sad. We did also order carside to go once since they combined and that was a mostly good experience minus our long wait in our car past the time our order was suppose to be ready.

My husband and I were eager to stop by for some lunch and were excited to see it wasn’t busy. The food and service were both excellent! We ordered the Appetizer Sampler and everything was on point and delicious. My husband said his favorite app was the Pretzels with Beer Cheese. Our entrees came out piping hot – mine was literally sizzling! I enjoyed the Bourbon Street Shrimp and Chicken. The shrimp was the best part followed by the garlic mash. The chicken could have used some seasoning but overall was tasty. My husband opted for a Bacon Cheeseburger and said it was pretty good. We also tried the exclusive Berry Mountain Dew. It tasted like a blue icee! Our waitress was prompt and even refilled our drinks before we even had to ask. The whole restaurant was clean. We will definitely be back. This was definitely the best food and service at an Applebee’s that we’ve experienced. Kudos to their team!

We were excited to see the new Ihop/Applebee’s and it quickly turned into a bad experience when we met our waitress, Yolanda. Not once did she smile or seem the slightest happiness to be working there. I don’t know if she was new or what but she could have had more customer service. I was more than willing to see her side if she was new considering I was in her place at one time. She was seemed very unfocused and uncaring. I am very unhappy with this experience. Then at the and we are getting ready to pay and without making eye contact she says tip? The first time I couldn’t hear her and she proceeded to say nevermind it’s to late. Then let’s out a loud sigh. We were going to tip no problem but after that, it was just insane. I have never had this problem and wish to never again.

While at Applebee’s/IHop this evening, my 3 year old who is on the spectrum screamed in a high pitch tone. Some lady across the restaurant yelled oh my gosh. We hadn’t been helped yet. Our waitress finally comes over and the first thing she asks if I wanted alcohol. I am assuming because my child was having a rough time. She took a very long time to come back to take our order. When she took our order my kiddo let out a scream again. She looked at my kiddo and said you can’t scream there is other people in here. As if we weren’t already frazzled our kiddo was upset. So then we ordered of course they were out of his safe food. So my kiddo screamed again. I apologized and I said I’m sorry we don’t handle change well. The waitress responded with I clearly see that. As a parent of a child with special needs the commentary is far from necessary.
That’s just the first part of our experience.
Our food came, my kiddo received the wrong side. But that was fixed. I had to asked for my other part of my order probably 4 times. We asked for our check and waited forever for her to bring it back. She was not very attentive at all. But she sure was okay to make comments about my child. No tip was left and we were very disappointed with how the entire experience was. We will definitely not be back. It was so much better when it was just Applebee’s.

Got here, sat down, waitress took 10 minutes before asking us about drinks. Ordered food, took over 45 to get here, and this place is kinda empty it should not have taken this long to get our food. I ordered the bourbon street chicken, the chicken taste like soap. My mom gave me her ceaser salad. The salad is drenched in ceaser sauce, way too much sauce. Horrible experience. 1 star.

This place is extremely chaotic. No one knows what they are doing. None of the servers look like they want to be there and all look super trashy. I was seated at the bar and the guy barber came so I had to ask for a seat in the dining area. People doing takeout waited forever. Just a weird and horrible experience.

We had a very busy day yesterday so we decided to dine out. We hadn’t been to Applebee’s since it merged with I Hop. We decided to give it a try. I was eager to see the inside remodel. It looks much brighter so that was a plus! The upper level has no heat so there are electric space heaters on a few of the tables… It was absolutely freezing. Upon ordering our food a woman in the kitchen started screaming at the crew… When I say screaming I MEAN SCREAMING!!! The entire restaurant was in disbelief by the looks on everyones faces… It was absolutely ridiculous. Had we not ordered we would have walked out!! People do not dine out and pay over 60 dollars to listen to a staff member throw a fit!! There is an saying ..”If you cannot handle the heat GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN! ” Whom ever it was should definitely NOT have a job there any longer! The waitress’ were running around like chickens with their heads cut off!!! Definitely not an enjoyable atmosphere after a crazy busy day!! Won’t be back any time soon…and we use to love Apple Bees!
