This Chick-fil-A location isn’t just serving chicken—it’s setting the gold standard for quick-service hospitality. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the operation was precision-level efficient. Two lanes, digital tablets, friendly staff who actually smile—this crew runs like a franchise flagship.

Food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The chicken sandwich was crisp without being greasy, the waffle fries were perfectly seasoned, and the lemonade? Fresh-squeezed and worth the hype. Indoor dining was spotless, well-managed, and the staff was proactively bussing tables and checking in on guests like it was a full-service restaurant.

What really locked in the five stars: they accommodated a custom order without batting an eye and still had it ready in under five minutes. Whoever’s managing this location deserves recognition—this is customer service as it should be.

Okay this is the 2nd time this chick fil a has messed up my order. First time I ordered a salad and didn’t get dressing. THIS TIME I open the box to my spicy sandwich and it is missing the top bun?!?! Am I going to have to check if they give me a top bun every time? Come on!! The receipt says the operator of this store is Bill Digges. Bill Digges please tell your staff to properly make the food because what the actual hell?

Oscar is the manager name he doesn’t deserve to be a manager. He has zero customer service experience.. The fries is cold 99% of the time in the food doesn’t have the same taste and they also give you wrong food if you do drive-through which happened to me more than many times.

Our vehicle broke down in the parking lot. The manager- Dakota came out to help- got us water for the overheated engine. He assured us that we would not be towed by leaving it there until we could get it moved.
He then told us our meals and drinks- for 4 of us was taken care of.
He and the staff went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation, much more pleasant.
We cannot say enough about Chick-fil-A and Dakota’s exemplary customer service!

Each time I visit this particular store, the chicken nuggets are overcooked to the point of being dry. Don’t know if it’s the time I’m going, or not. I tend to visit early in the morning. I’ve given up on getting the Chicken Minis here for breakfast. They are never good, and they cost too much to waste. The biscuit is always either way undercooked or slightly less than burnt, and very hard. And as I mentioned, the overly dry nugget accompanies them. They really need to do a service quality check on their a.m. performance.

I usually stop by at this chick fil a when I go to Dulles airport.
I ordered southwest spicy chicken salad and tortilla chicken soup and both were delicious.
I tried salad with creamy salsa dressing and with Avocado lime dressing. Both taste good however creamy salsa dressing slight better taste for me.
Soup was also little spicy and hot.. Totally satisfied lunch.
Food arrived within couple of minutes and it was not crowded at the time I went. I wish restroom is little bit cleaner than what it was..

Such a great spot for either lunch or dinner! The menu has a nice variety, and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a longer meal. Service was friendly and efficient too. Definitely a solid go-to when you’re looking for a delicious and reliable place to eat!

Daughter and I went for lunch on Sunday. Very busy but the line was moving smoothly. Cashier got the order for 4 sandwiches correct the first time. You could tell he had good listening skills. It only took 2 minutes to hand it off to me. It was carry out and still warm when got home. That spicy Delux is my favorite.

The worst worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had . I stop here to get food during my lunch break. only to find a maggot in my chicken sandwich when I took a bite of it . I then went back inside to talk to the manger. He did not offer me a refund instead he offered me another sandwich and had a attitude about it . Of course I said no then he said he doesn’t believe me after I showed him pictures. Another customer ask me what was going on so I told them In hope that the same thing doesn’t happen to them. When I was leaving manager ran and followed me outside and got in my face and started yelling at me asking why would I tell someone else .
