Every time an employee would walk outside to hand off food.The door would slam so bad it would make you jump.They were to hold about it , and they still did it anyway. On top of all of that , the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way through

The food is delicious and the employees are very nice. I think the main issue is that the menu on the app isn’t updated fast enough for all the menu changes which is why people’s orders get messed up. I had an issue with my order the other day because on the app it showed the garlic Parmesan wings as still being a sauce but they said it’s now only the dry rub but they made us new ones very quickly with no issues.

All my life, I have only ordered the large mashed potatoes with some biscuits. I just moved almost 40 minutes away from this location but this is the only location that’s “near” me. I’ve ordered here once before and my order was perfect like it always has been at any Popeyes location BUT NOT LAST NIGHT. I got my order around 10:20pm and I didn’t check my order til I got home. By the time I was about to eat it, it was just a few minutes after close so I couldn’t call. I am disappointed that my large mashed potatoes order was only half full. And it had very little gravy. Seemed like they may not have had enough to give me a large. I’m unsure of that, I am only describing how little it was. So little gravy that my mashed potatoes were very dry. I didn’t even eat my biscuits because I only like them with the mashed potatoes 🙁
I will give this location another try and I hope it will be ok because Im not trying to drive almost 40 minutes there and back to my home (over an hour trip) for a bad experience again.
The photo is after I mixed up the mashed potatoes looking for the normal amount of gravy it always comes with and having 1 spoonful to see if it tasted fine but it was dry so I didn’t eat more.

Waited literally almost 40 mins for food (if not actually 40) was really rude on the mic. Also said they couldn’t put my wing sauce on the side. (I used to work at popeyes it literally has an option on the screen to put it on the side stop being lazy.) I open my mac and cheese it’s not even full.. once again stop being lazy. Another order we had was a SPICY chicken sandwich and we got a classic one LOADED WITH MAYO like way too much. Couldn’t even put enough straws for all of us to have. Never coming here again i don’t care what “excuses” they have it’s horrible service.

Ordered through the drive through, got my food, and hopped on the highway. Our food was not only not hot, it wasn’t even warm! The fries were greasy (prob due to sitting so long) and cold! The chicken sandwich was just barely ok, warm, but again not hot! I called and spoke to the manager. She immediately was very short with me. I could tell she was annoyed. I obviously could not turn around to take my food back since I was already on the highway. She proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do unless I brought the food back. My purpose in calling was to inform her that they are serving NOT FRESH food, and at least act like she cared. Apparently, according to other reviews, I’m not the only one she has been rude to. We won’t be returning to this location.

We were traveling and decided to stop for lunch on a Sunday about 11:30am. The food was hot and tasted like Popeyes. The restrooms were disgusting!! We almost didn’t stay to eat.

The coleslaw, mac n cheese, and red beans tasted very sour. You could definitely tell it was old. They only gave 3 chicken dippers instead of the 6 that is supposed to go in the box. They didn’t give us our wrap. Called and spoke to the manager to explain our issue and she just wanted to argue and was so rude. She kept saying that everything was in there when it clearly wasn’t and that the food couldn’t be sour. Do not recommend, go to chicken express instead! We have never had any issues there!
