Service was great. Staff were extremely friendly, and professional to every customer. It was moderately busy, but the crew worked well togrther and moved the lines efficently.I needed a Large Frap remade for my friend, because she is lactose, and she had admittedly ordered it wrong on the kiosk. I explained this error, and they immediately remade it for her with a smile; while busy, and even brought it to our table. This McDonalds seems to be efficient waiting time wise, while still offering hot and delicious food. Would highly recommend going here for a comfortable atmosphere, as well as great, hot food.

Everything we expect in taste and value, rewards were amazing, fed family of 4 under $15.
Service
Evan was amazing! He had a great, friendly attitude, no request unanswered. He knew just how to work rewards and deals into our order and walked the items out to us!
Atmosphere
The eating area inside was OK, tables clean, floor swept.
The menu board had 3/4 panels black, 1 broken. When asked what happened, they said “We’re not sure what’s going on, we’ve already replaced them once and now one’s broken. “
Outside seating not maintained, green mold/moss/lichen/?? On white seating, giving a neglected feel.
Men’s restroom was dirty, with non-functional locks.
Ladies restroom also dirty, small stall had non-existent lock and damaged paper dispenser.
Overall
We loved the staff and the food, but they need to pretend the building is important.

Consistantly terrible. Over seasoned dry burgers, pale greasy fries. I wouldn’t dare try a chicken sandwich after getting nuggets so dry they had big hollow cavities inside them. Avoid this place in fact avoid all Beckley WV McDonald’s. Pretty sure they are all owned by same people.

I ordered a egg McMuffin through the drive thru today, March 14, 2025 at 7:45 AM and brought it to work got here to eat it and the muffin was brown, almost black burnt and so hard it was hurting my teeth to bite into it. And I’m sorry they did not give me a receipt

Ordered a Sugar Free Iced Coffee and it wasn’t sweet just coffee and milk…Ask them to fix me another “please” and waited 25 minutes and got nothing…I frequent this McDonalds about 5 days a week maybe more but has come to a halt as of today…SMH…

Went in there today and had to wait 45 minutes for just a coffee was a completely horrible experience inside and out there was so many homeless people it looked like the walking dead. I got panhandled on the way in and on the way out the girl with the moth tattoo on her kneck had horrible body odor.

Worst McDonald’s experience in my entire life. This location is basically a homeless shelter. I’m not able to put into words how the restaurant smelled. I had to guide my 12-year old daughter out of the restaurant after waiting a couple of minutes of waiting and I had to literally cover my nose while waiting for my food order. I have no idea how I did not throw up. There must have been at least 4-6 extremely questionable characters inside the dining room. And this is supposed to be child friendly??? Whoever the manager was yesterday evening (Aug 4, 2025), should be ashamed of himself. We will never go back and we right a formal complaint to McDonald’s HQ.

How do you forget the chicken on a deluxe chicken sandwich? When I took the sandwich back the girl at the counter already knew something was wrong. She took it over to two managers and showed them. Only thing he said was guys I end a chicken sandwich this time woth the chicken on it. Never once did a manager come over and speak to me. Only the girl apologized to me. I also order a plain triple cheese burger with no bun. This item I did check before leaving the store. The tag said all that. But some how only think they got right on this item was the no bun. Not the greatest cooks here.

Go every morning before work and spend 5.99 for a burnt bagel that is inedible not to mention that you have to ask for extra bagel sauce and still don’t get it. Do better!
