We got poor service. Two of our drinks were not even mixed properly. One guy had his hair in front of his eyes. How the heck can he see. Maybe that’s why our drinks were poorly mixed. Where’s the manager? Look at the photo I posted. His hair hangs down towards his work and blocks his vision. Why is he so special?

Just visited today on the way home from the outlets. I did a mobile app order and it didn’t go through. I went to the register and ordered. I then used my mobile app gift card to pay. The cashier said it didn’t work. I did get an error message on the app. But I noticed the total went done $1.12. I asked her if she was sure it didn’t work. I then had to go get my debit card to pay. About 20 min down Th r road I got a message that my payment went through from the mobile gift card. I called and talked to the cashier and they said there was nothing they could do. :(. Phone service is shady there because of heavy population. I guess the extra $8.88 would be missed more by Starbucks than my daughter who got the gift card for senior year.
