Hopefully I don’t get sick. Just had to eat a piece of chicken I know had have been 5 to 6 hours old. So thin and dry and a little brown which should be orange(spicy) ( only have a 30 minute break could not go back.)

The food was bagged sloppy and it was cold and stale. The service was the worst the employee were gangsters extremely aggressive and combative for no reason. They threatened to call the police and have me arrested for asking the manager name. The atmosphere was hostile. The workers hate their job and can’t be trusted with our food.

This place should be shut down and closed. Sometimes, you have to go with a gut feeling. I’ve been here going on my third visit once for breakfast horrible, for a late night run and each time there’s been something wrong, this third and last and final time, I decided to give it a shot because I’m most recently got a great Wendy’s burger over in Cumming, Georgia and I said they couldn’t be too much of a difference, but it was significantly a difference in the way that they make the burgers across town Compared to this location. My hamburger taste like charred hockey pucks they were overcooked seem like they put them on the floor smashed them, scrape them up and put them on my burger. All of the condiments seem like they’ve been melted. Somehow the tomato was just a messy glop and the lettuce was wilted Since it was a late night run around 10:30 PM. I thought well maybe they’re using old burgers from earlier in the day, but the buns were hard as well. All of the condiments seem like they were spoiled or sour, and it was way too much mustard on the sandwich in any case never ever never ever ever never never ever go to this Wendy’s located in Braselton , Georgia It is the worst. Health department where are you? What is the rating there?

The last handful of times I have gone to this location the food has been cold and or old. The Spicy chicken sandwich was like deep fried, flattened cardboard. The fries were half filled again and the frosty was only half way filled this time. I was given no receipt and could hear the employees giggling over the speaker. I don’t eat much fast food. In the past I’ve always gone to Wendy’s when I’m in a rush. Not anymore. I’ll check out Popeyes.

Shame on Wendy’s for doing the Cinnabon brand, no justice.
The gooeyness stopped at the icing. It was quite dry and not worth my $3.69.
As a Columbus, Ohio native, I love and support Wendy’s, but we need to do better on this one.

Worst experience ever. Paid $20 for cold food, wrong order and served me onion which I told them please no onions as I am allergic. Had to go to McDonald’s but got hot, good food. Worker hanging out at counter over 20min while food went out and playing with the others as I waited 25 min for my food.

DO NOT Park your truck or eat there. They have truck parking. However they will have your truck booted, it cost me $500.00 this morning to have the boot removed. Atlanta Impound, were beating on the door with guns on hips. Looking like Beetlejuice. I will never eat there or any other Wendy’s. PERIOD!!!!!!!!

The apples in my son’s kids meal were so rotten that they were translucent, brown mush. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was so dry and hard that you could barely bite into it. And the baked potato was so overcooked and tasted awful. This location has always been hit or miss, but I think this was plenty to keep us from trying it again.

They lock the doors when I tried to enter at 10:13pm for a pickup when the dining room closes at 11pm and I see people still eating inside. Tried to get an employee’s attention but just got ignored. Fries also soggy and cold along with the burger, which I waited for over 15 mins on drive thru.
