If i order a hot tea from fast food i don’t expect to have to make it myself in drive thru. I could have stayed home did it myself while using my own hot water, tea bag and sugar. The whole idea of fast food from my understanding is paying for the service of having food prepared for you. I could have burned myself making hot tea in my car. Please do better.

Used mobile app. Waited in line 15 minutes. Once finally made it to speaker all I heard was clicking while the other speaker was working and pushing other cars out that were after me. I went inside and when I hit pick up inside instead my order was cancelled. I walked in and was told they don’t see the order. The app sometimes cancels order for no reason. I see they were busy both in and out and I was just left in limbo. Not happy with what service we did get. App has issues if it just cancels orders for no reason and still no food. Disconnecting app since it’s useless. Will go to a different location where I can get actual service and don’t feel rushed off.

This location sucks. Service always takes forever and your food isn’t even hot by the time you get it. I did a curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes before calling in and being told to cancel the order, which you can’t do once it charges. Had to go inside and waited another 10 minutes for someone to even come to the counter. The managers are rude to both customers and their own employees. Manager was being loud and could be heard from up front being rude to the young lady who was trying to get me my food after the 30+ minutes and already being charged.

This place sucks. Ordered a value menu and a kids meal. Order delivered WITHOUT the kids meal and the large fry in the value meal was half filled. Then McD’s support only refunded me the money for the food I didn’t get, refused to refund any of the fees to recoup that because I had to make a SECOND ORDER to get food for the kid. How the hell do you forget A WHOLE MEAL in an order with a sealed bag?

I Went to mcdonald’s at ridge park Square, ordered a 20 pcs chicken nuggets and 2 large fry deal, a 6 piece with the bogo chicken sandwich and a drink and I wanted it all FRESH, so I went in, cause I wanted it right and FRESH and didn’t want to hold anybody else up. I’m waiting at the resigster for 5 mins because nobody came or looked my way, so the first person I seen I asked her to help me, she told me to hold on waited another 5 minutes, ok fine ,we ordered our food.I’m Patiently waiting, the nuggets get put on a tray, then the fries, so 20 minutes goes by and there still waiting on the chicken sandwich. 20 minutes my food is just sitting there in the open getting cold, at first I asked if they could remake it, but I didn’t have another 30mins to wait.
so the food was all there and I had the receipt, so what’s the problem? and they still wouldn’t give me my money back.I ask for fresh food, they gave me cold food. I took her all the food and left, very disappointed I called the Franchise number and Connie the Secretary of the owner John house was disappointing to talk too. so I left all the food at the counter with the worker, and they still have my money, that is stealing and I want my $18.00 back

The atmosphere was nice and quiet and calm.
However;
Service was none existent. My husband waited over 25 mins for 2 lids because the lobby was empty…..
The food was cold! Frys tasted old, like they’d been sitting out longer than the 30 min timer that is set for them….
I got the Big Mac combo with extra Mac sauce, pickles, and onions……no pickles, light Mac sauce and light onions was what I got instead with cold frys that were unsalted……eww…..
My husband’s order wasn’t any better. Ask for no pickle on his sandwich and extra spicy sauce…….he got the pickles on his sandwich and light spicy sauce……
And there was no one handling the front counter at all… and so many people have been on the store more than 30 mins waiting on their orders……

Ordered the Spicy “Deluxe” sandwich and didn’t have any tomato, a little bit of lettuce and some spicy sauce i went back just to let them know I didn’t want the whole sandwich just tomato and spicy sauce but the little girl at the window was with an attitude since went the first time I asked her for some napkins, she told me but you eat some of the sandwich that’s not your problem girl I was hungry I just came to let you know, we are paying for something give at least the correct thing, never again

I feel like most people leaving bad reviews here are just picking bones to chew for the fun of it. I come here every morning for a coffee and a hash brown and it’s always done and made correctly. The staff is friendly, restaurant is usually always clean, and the food always tastes good and is warm. No issues to complain about here

They never have the coffee machine working during the prime hours people come to get coffee? Attitudes of every employee sucks. Was handed a bag at the first window, lady didn’t confirm my order, say thank you or have a nice day, she actually didn’t say anything at all just had a stone cold look on her face and jerked the bag towards me. This is probably the worst McDonald’s, just look at their drive thru and ticket times.
