Order 12-I Went through drive though on Sunday February 22 around 11am-11:45am in Auburdale Fl on Havendale blvd. ordered 24 piece chicken wings ghost pepper and the 10 piece chicken meal with 2 sides. I always eat their Red beans and rice but this time there was a meat looking substance inside red beans and rice. Chicken wing was the tiniest wings ever and biscuits was burnt but I paid $63.00 for them to halfstep with my food that did not satisfy because I couldn’t eat my red beans and rice.

This is for 602 Auburndale 33823 location. What a terrible experience, went to pick up online order thru drive thru and no one answered. Drove to window and employee inside just nodded her head no from far away with nasty attitude face. So I walked in and a lot of people waiting with no acknowledgement from employees as customers walked in. No hello, no sorry, just nasty faces. Popeyes this location either needs different employees with better customer service or needs more help/employees. This makes no sense at all.

sup. this popeyes is a couple minutes down the street from me and it’s right across from my job. i’m always eating here and the food is on point everytime. i got some after work today and as always great service. but today even better service. the General manager Louis has the best customer service and is definitely doing his job. props to him. but keep it up because i will be there tomorrow.

Went here last night about 1730 (5:30 pm) after leaving the Winter Haven one. We drove right up, and it did take a few minutes for them to realize we were there but that’s understandable. The lady, Tisha (hopefully I spelled it right), was super sweet to us. She was very clear and I could hear her shout our order to her partner as she took it. The cashier, Dominique, took our cash and was also very respectful and ensured we got Tisha’s name for this review. I feel both deserved either a raise or at least a Christmas bonus. The entire order took 10 minutes or less to be ready and given to us.
The chicken was lightly battered and golden brown. Normally, in a lot of places, fried chicken is like 95% breading. But not this time. My house was very happy about the food. And for $70 for 5 adults and no leftovers, that’s not too bad. We will gladly skip the one in Winter Haven and just go here instead next time.

Waited over 10 minutes in drive thru; the microphone was turned off. Went inside and had to use the kiosk. Employees were talking but not moving. Armor services were in the back and getting food while customers wait even longer. Took 15 minutes inside to get our order but didn’t have ice in the back.
Poor service and unprofessional. Wait time unacceptable. There was one car at drive thru and us inside.

I had an excellent experience at Popeyes, thanks to Manager Tim. He provides outstanding customer service and truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Tim is especially kind, patient, and respectful with older customers, taking the time to help them and making sure they feel comfortable and valued. His professionalism and warm attitude really make a difference. Popeyes is lucky to have a manager like Tim!

I came to Florida from Saint Louis Missouri for a football tournament. Me and my husband were having a rough day and just wanted something familiar to eat. The Person at the window, Kim I won’t even call her a lady because she does not carrry herself in that way, was the most unpleasant person ever like she was BEING HELD AGAINST HER WILL! It was the worst popeyes experience EVER AND IM FROM SAINT LOUISSS like, it is honestly so sad to see our people treat each other like that, you go to chic fil a everybody just smiling and happy to have a job, you go to Popeyes everybody just miserable and rude, mad at the world I hate that for our people, we are truly our worst enemy! But the manager stepped in and got us fresh food but I’m still calling when they open today because she need to be in the back dropping the chicken with that type of energy get her out the window, EW!

I set in the drive-through line for 15 minutes. When I placed my order, I could barely hear the lady taking the order. I got to the window, the lady that came to the window was very rude. She did not tell me the amount she just stuck the charging machine outside gave me two drinks. I told her I was supposed to have three, she got an attitude and walked off. I had to speak to someone else so they could charge me for another drink which I was willing to do. The lady with attitude came back to the window, stuck out the machine to take my payment still didn’t say anything. She walked off I the payment went through so I couldn’t get a receipt.

Took my order at 5:31pm at 6:20 we got our order. No fries, Mac cheese, coleslaw, rude service, biscuits missing from my order no honey no sauce. Overall just horrible people that got their at 6 we being served first.
