I ordered tonight through DoorDash I don’t know why yall think it’s okay to just give ppl messed up others just because they ordered delivery I received a raw RAW burger like pink ALOT I’m so disgusted because I ate a good amount of it before noticing because my lights was out !!! I’ve been coming to this location for a while and meant to leave a review sooner, but this is undisputedly the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I mean the most pleasant people! The drive thru plays jazz music. Just down right pleasant for fast food.

This is my second day going to McDonald’s for lunch, two different locations. The customer service at McDonald’s is horrible now, the workers are so rude. If you don’t like or know how to work with people don’t take the job. I ordered the same thing as yesterday, a large sweet tea and large fries. When I received my order, I checked my fries. I asked the worker for a full fry and she said that I had to speak with a manager. This right here is unacceptable. Don’t forget that I’m on my lunch break, I really don’t have time to wait for a manger. McDonald’s really needs to retrain their employees with better customer service skills. You spend your money and this is what you receive horrible service and bad food. This is the second strike, three strikes your out McDonald’s.

Every time I stop at this McDonald’s, Andrew goes above and beyond to make the experience great. He always greets me by my name, which makes the visit feel personal and welcoming. He consistently has a positive attitude, no matter how busy things get, and it truly brightens my day.
Andrew also takes the extra step to repeat my order back for accuracy, which shows his attention to detail and care for customers. It’s clear that he values good service, and it makes me want to keep coming back.

The drive through is open “24/7” but when you show up NO one wants to take your order or help with an order pick up. Oh they close from 3 am to 6 am so don’t try to get anything at that time.

You pull up to the drive-thru and wait over a minute without hearing a word. You call out several times before anyone finally responds — and when they do, the tone is cold and uninterested, like you’re bothering them just by showing up.
Then, the wait begins. You sit there for over 15 minutes waiting for your fast food. At that point, you can’t help but think — if you wanted to wait this long, you would’ve gone to a 4-star restaurant instead.

This McDonald’s is STRAIGHT TRASH! 75% of the employees speak little no English and have a complete lackadaisical demeanor. The lobby is filthy. Placing an order inside, shouldn’t take over 15min (minimum) to be completed. This is THE ONLY McDonald’s location I’ve seen where the restrooms are under combination lock & key. Mind you the restrooms (as expected) are always in POOR SHAPE. No matter how local this location is, just go to another store

So disappointed I ordered early this morning breakfast which was a steak bagel which I got a hamburger instead of steak I wait till now to eat which is 2pm and ask for a chicken sandwich. It was really messy looking and not appetizing at all. Like I don’t eat McDonald’s as it is but for the prices they have to do better. I am really upset I wasted my money and time twice.

This McDonald’s Drive-Thru is open 24 Hours Monday thru Sunday. The staff working the Drive-Thru line was pleasant and kept the line moving quickly.
