As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The lady who took our order and gave us our drinks was nice and punctual but the kitchen either didn’t make our order or they gave it away to someone else. After we got our food we had to go back for the fully loaded fries. The guy seemed confused about the side item. Once we got home I realized they they only put bacon and BBQ on my bbq pretzel big buford sandwich so it wasn’t good. I was very disappointed cuz I normally keep it simple and get the spicy chicken sandwich meal. I wanted to try the new burger and they messed it up. I guess I’ll just keep my sandwich simple for them next time

I received a coupon for a free Big Buford at 10:16 July 27th for signing up for text alerts and tried to redeem it a few hours later only for the coupon being expired but the coupon said it expires August 10th. The coupon was fraudulent since it wasn’t honored. I tried to order the $4 meal deal only to be told they didn’t have it but they would Monday. There is a huge sign outside advertising the the $4 promotion and has been there for quite some time now. Had to go to Wendy’s across the street. The service was great and the food was excellent at Wendy’s. I highly recommend Wendys.

I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru for my order. Once I got it and drove off all the food was ice cold. Such a disappointment because I only eat Rally’s maybe twice a year. It made me not want eat their food any more.

Good food, not bad prices. Also while ordering my food I made the mistake of forgetting to exclude some condiments from my burger, and they made it right anyway even though they didn’t have to. Good service! A sheltered outdoor table area too. Seriously, for fast food, this is just fine!

I had stopped going to the rallies on third Street down by the courthouse in Terre Haute about a year and a half ago for two reasons, One because they stopped selling chocolate ice cream, and two because the service was horrible. I would go there on my lunch hour and be there practically my whole lunch hour waiting for my food.
The service was slow. The people were not friendly. The food was not good.
But about four months ago, I discovered that they had chocolate ice cream again and since they’re literally two minutes away from my house, this was perfect for me
So I gave them another try I’ve gone three times so far and the service has been great. You don’t wait in a long line forever. The people are friendly. In fact I was just there today June 22, 2025. The service was wonderful. My food is good Even though the ice cream machine was just cleaned and wasn’t really ready for ice cream cones yet the guy had suggested I get a cup, which he put the cone on top of that after filling it up so I still was able to get my ice cream which is a plus Consider considering McDonald’s, ice cream machine machines always down and not working
So I’m very happy and I will continue to go there for my ice cream and lunch. Keep up the good work.!!!!

The guy had no gloves on they screwed up my order multiple times and the gentleman getting me my food proceeded to dump the fries back out and start eating one it is so gross and not ok
