The worst Taco Bell
I’ve eating for my order 15 min, I ordered by app 15 min ago, they just started to made the order once I got there. They don’t give me even a bag for my food no napkins, no utensils, my food is cold and the box is dirty

Not the Taco Bell you want to go to unless you want late night food. Drive through forgot to give me my drink until I asked about it and then gave no napkins either.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews in places but it is not the first time I go to this specific location and the staff is rude. On top of the fact that I was very clear about my order and the person receiving the order didn’t understand it, she went on talking Spanish to the cook saying I changed the order. She assumed I didn’t speak Spanish and I could hear the cook in the back going off becuase he was mad that I asked her to get the missing items from my order. In Spanish I went on to tell her I had said this from the beginning and when she realized I spoke Spanish she corrected herself and said she couldn’t hear me too well and that’s why she messed it up. Never have I gone to this place and felt like the staff was respectful and welcoming. Absolutely horrible and it sucks that it is the only Taco Bell near my job because I have never gone and had a good experience.

Taco Bell is an all-time favorite unless your stomach can’t handle it lol but for me no complaints. I love the attention. The people are so polite that worked there The only problem is sometimes they get my order wrong or I’m giving the wrong one by mistake. I don’t like that sometimes they don’t have certain things available but it’s expected it. It’s a beautiful atmosphere.

Horrible. We ordered 6 Doritos tacos, with the combo. Payed to have extra meat in all, and it did not have extra meat. We also ordered 4 orders of Cinnabons, and a Cinnabon iced coffee with one of the Doritos combos and did not receive it. Didn’t even get a substitute drink. Nothing. Horrible. Just horrible. The Doritos shells were stale on top of it all. Ughhhh. Never again.

The worst I mean the worst food I have ever had. I love Taco Bell, but this Taco Bell has to the WORST EVER. I ordered through DoorDash (about 32) dollars of food. My Crunchwrap has no rice (I paid extra for it) or beef (which comes with it) in it. Then these fries let me tell you! I can’t believe somebody would even let them leave the store yet alone to a customer. The fries look half ate along with our drinks (no seals on the top) half drank. I’m so upset I threw everything out. Terrible is an understatement.

Let me start by saying my love for Taco Bell has no boundaries. It transverses space and time and will be a part of my heart for the rest of eternity. With that being said my Taco Bell experience today was god awful.
The amount of time I had to wait for my 2 Mexican pizzas had me thinking that they were carefully placing each ingredient which such care, that the Mexican pizza was going to come out with a perfection of which the likes I’ve never seen. But as you can see from the picture plopping everything onto the center of the tortilla seemed to be more the strategy.
On top of the 20 minute wait and unloved pizza, they forgot my nachos and cheese which I had to then go back and ask for so that was fun. I hate giving bad reviews but the food and service is a clear representation of the effort being put in by the staff. Hate to see the Taco Bell name tarnished in this way.
The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because I love Taco Bell and I don’t think any type of experience would make me give a 1. Good luck to management, hope you the best and I recommend you find a way to motivate your employees.

As easy as it gets when visiting a taco bell, super fast and friendly service. Easy in and out of parking lot, not the biggest area for parking but the drive through is great and fast.
