Dropping my son off for his Marine boot camp! It was our last meal together. Kinda dissatisfying.The facility was very filthy and the servers are very disconnected from the customer. Had to race to eat as it took extremely long for the food to be received. I actually ran to the store and back before the food was on the table with my family. It’s kinda ridiculous specially when the meal and 5 dollar tip equaled well over 50 bucks for 3 people. The place was pretty empty as far as customers go. Maybe 5 families there. I give my experience an over deserved 2 stars, as my burger was actually amazing. Also bathrooms were so disgusting!

What is false advertising?
The menu and the season props showing that you get left over portions of the milk shake that the restaurant has been doing for years. Only for the hostess to say “Oh honey, the extra is in the cup”.
It wasn’t a unreasonable question. Most places do this.

Ok let’s begin with… It’s been a few years since I’ve been to Shari’s. Wasn’t a fan of the food and I’ve tried a few things.
Recently me & my boyfriend took the plunge on a Sunday around 10:30ish. (maybe it changed throughout the years we thought). Walked in, noticed it wasn’t busy & stood in front of the hostess counting receipts. No acknowledgement so we wondered do we seat ourselves? After a few minutes as I was about to say “excuse me”, she then made contact and proceeded to seat us.
The menu was new since the last time I visited a Shari’s & the food options looked better. Our waitress was nice but… our order took a long time getting to us (again it was not busy), when we got our food my order was wrong & both of our foods were cold. The taste was very mediocre.
Since we went there to try their breakfast, maybe we’ll go back to try their dinner… Maybe.

Sausage was burnt. Toast was burnt. Neither one were edible. Over-easy was hard. Ask for strawberry they brought Marion. I will not go back to this restaurant if I have two lives. It was better than the last time I was there. Waitress was rude. But I will never go back again for a third chance

The employees were super helpful and patient with us, and even allowed our small dogs inside while we were waiting ! The food is very fresh and the pie shakes are great! Wish they had more dinner items though!

Ignore drawing board and silver SUV, I waited at an adjacent table drinking 2 cups of coffee watching people come and exit waiting for a table I selected to sit down at, but server chose to serve me at that table I waited at instead of using a washrag to wipe down booth bench, table with sugar, and handprints in window.
