I have just arrived from El Paso by bus in Albuquerque. I walked from the bus station to my hotel and I was very thirsty hungry and tired. I stopped in here and ordered a drink and something to eat. The curly fries and the onion rings were absolutely delicious. They did not look good but they tasted awesome. The drink was nice cool and refreshing. A small size is a huge jumbo size. The young man that served me was so polite and courteous. the restaurant was clean and well air-conditioned. It was quiet and I had Wi-Fi access. All in all a nice little fast food place to stop whenever you’re in a crunch and you need food.

Tried getting food at 11:45 pm ( which I know is 15 min before closing) when I pulled up they asked if i was a dasher which I replied to no, then they proceeded to say they we closed? Now here’s the thing, I understand people want to go home, but that’s a whole 15 minutes before closing on a fast food restaurant. Not even that big of a deal. When I asked the time of closing the guy had the nerve to say 11:40 now if he would’ve been upfront and said something like we’re tired or we wanna go home – I might’ve just left ,but the nerve to lie like that especially when hours of operations are listed it’s just plain crazy. If I was the owner I would not have someone working like that

I’ve been to this Jack in the Box a few times and each time this Fast Food Restaurant did not disappoint, on this occasion I ordered the Munchie Meal (Double Jack with a Cheese) , along with three Egg Rolls, it was delicious, Whether it’s ordering a Spicy Chicken Sandwich or a Teriyaki Bowl, the food always hits the mark! Five Stars!

No matter how many times you go back in they will not get your order right! Not sure if it is incompetence or just lack of care but a hamburger with no sauce means no sauce both times! Green chili well add it especially since we paid for it! Will not be back! Save your money.

When you want a quick burger fix, this fast food spot hits the mark. The fries were crispy, and the burger was juicy. Service was fast, though the seating area could use a bit more attention.

This is the #16 I just got. No sauce and 4 little pieces of chicken. Called them to tell the MAN about it and he laughed and said there was nothing he can do. If I could give a 0 I would. It’s always something and never 100% right when I go to this location, no exaggeration!!

Usually I’m alright with this location. The other day I placed an order through the JACK IN THE BOX app and had i very difficult time with the whole process. Someone took my food and instead of replacing it for the delivery person they argued with them and also with me on the phone. Very unprofessional, don’t come here if you can avoid it. Other places with better service and food. The manager on duty that day was either Laura or Nora, im not sure because she had an accent and kept repeating it back to me very rudely. Very rude when speaking to a guest.
